Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at Sandpoint Condominiums such as an on-site fitness room, sprawling oceanfront sun deck, community room, oceanfront heated (seasonally) pool with hot tub, 2 saunas, and one parking space. Please note that the parking garage is currently closed until further notice.

When you enter this luxury, ocean view, renovated condo in Daytona Beach Shores the ocean views will take your breath away! The living room includes comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen television all while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and overlooks the dining area with seating for 4 and additional bar stools.

The exquisitely decorated, oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and large closets. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a separate vanity area, shower/tub combo, and an additional closet space. The guest bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bed. The guest bathroom is right next door and contains a walk-in shower.

Cozy outdoor furniture and salty air beckon you to the ocean view balcony which can be accessed from the living room. Imagine drinking coffee in the mornings while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean or evenings with wine while the sun goes down.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. We had a few small problems when we first got there management took care of it right away or rather places was very clean furniture could use some update. It would be nice to have an outside grill.

Spring Break

Sand Pointe was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Convenient to restaurants & activities. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. The add fir the resort stated 2 hot tubs on property, but I believe it’s talking about another resort managed by the property managing company. Weather was perfect and everyone enjoyed our stay.

Easy to rent. Some things git fixed quickly others did not. Like the electrical boxes that were loose in the kitchen.

Quiet

We rented the unit in early February. This is a very quiet and mostly elderly tenants in this building. I can say the beds are the most comfortable we have experienced while using VRBO. We found a few small things wrong with the unit but after mentioning them to the host company, they resolved them within a few hours.
