A decorative fireplace, shelves and a storage cupboard. Overlooking the kitchen behind a stone arch. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard storage in oak style "gendarme hat" floor with linoleum. Large work plan. Integrated fridge, four-burner gas hob. Electric oven. Sink. Old solid wood table and four chairs.
Shower room with comfortable shower, toilet, sink and storage under sink. Small mirror cabinet. Separate space for gas boiler for hot water and heating of radiators in all rooms. Storage space in this space with small cupboards and shelves. Tiled floor. The bedroom is spacious and warm with a solid bamboo parquet floor.
Storage shelves and a television aerial socket. Large 160 cm wide bed with two bedside tables. and a storage unit.
The windows are double glazed. Electricity is up to recent standards.
Transport is at the foot of this house of character. (Bus). Two possible stations with RER D at Athis and RER C and D at Juvisy sur barge. Also ten minutes by car from Orly airport. Apartment near the city center with all shops and town hall.
