Perfect home base for seeing a show at The Wilma. Space was clean and in an amazing location for views, proximity to food/downtown. Wish we had stayed longer.Gave 5 stars on everything- and would absolutely stay again but it’s worth noting that if road noise bothers you this may not be the perfect location for you. The bridge adjacent to the building seems to assemble every hot rod driving, rice burner loving, crotch rocket owning college kid in the area to make noise as they go by. It did die down by 11-12am.
Wonderful location! View of the city and the river. It's a very picturesque unit to stay in. It's small, but they have a lot of storage and manage the space very well. The mattress is not comfortable. The bed or the pull out. The washer/dryer didn't work. We had two towels and two wash cloths for the week! There are coin operated machines in the basement, but we specifically chose to stay at a place with a washer and dryer.

Thanks Jolene! I'm pleased to hear that you like the location and the view from the unit!
Sorry to hear you didn't like the mattress, we regularly get great reviews on how comfortable the TempurPedic mattress is....sorry it didn't match what you prefer. As for the washer/dryer, it is an unvented combo unit that (as noted in the description) isn't the best at drying clothing. That said, I tested it after your departure and it appeared to work as advertised to me so I'm unsure of what happened in your case. I'm sorry it didn't match your expectation.
There are many extra towels & wash clothes in the storage above the bed. I wasn't able to help you locate those as I had no idea that you were in need of anything additional.
You're correct that there are coin operated units in the building that are standard units!
I loved staying here! The location is amazing; it was so easy to walk and meet friends downtown on either side of the bridge within minutes. I slept so well in the comfortable bed, and even though I walked to restaurants downtown for dinner, the kitchen was perfect for breakfast and lunches. Also, Ross is a wonderful host and went out of his way to make sure that the check in and the entire stay was easy and that I had all that I needed. I would love to stay again!
Ross was exceptionally communicative. Whenever we had questions, whether about checking in, places to eat, or leveraging the home theater audio, he was quick to answer and always friendly. The condo is exceptionally well located. It is walking distance to many of the downtown restaurants & bars, and only steps away from the riverwalk. It's the perfect size and setup for a couple the is looking to spend time around Missoula. The only think to be mindful of, is that even though you are on the 8th floor (nice view!), you can still get some street noise since the Wilma is located off of a main thoroughfare - not terrible by any means, but noticeable at times. Overall, it was great!
We absolutely love staying at the Wilma because it’s the ideal location for us. Situated downtown, it’s conveniently close to shops, yet we can easily stroll along the picturesque river to the university. The rental experience is both enjoyable and unique, and our host was incredibly gracious.
Fantastic place in the heart of the city. Our host was also fantastic, incredibly flexible and responsive! Will look to stay here again anytime were in Missoula.
Everything about my stay was perfect. Ross is thoughtful and a pleasure to work with. The studio is well designed and has everything I needed for a long weekend getaway. Bed was very comfy. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Great shops and restaurant are a short walk away. Saturday morning farmers market was a treat…right across the street. Superb location.
This place is nice, clean & a great location but VERY SMALL, there's barely room for your suit cases. Parking is an absolute NIGHTMARE. There is no "onsite parking" so if you have a vehicle, I wouldn't recommend this place. Having said all that, it's very clean and well appointed and the host was fantastic.

Hi Mike...thanks for your message. I've done my best to make sure it is clear that this is a ~400 sq. ft. unit. Most guests comment on how well designed the small space is and I'm sorry you felt like there wasn't much room for your things. This summer (2025) the our normal parking structure (directly across the street) is undergoing a multimillion dollar rehab project. It is nearing completion and normal parking should be resumed shortly. I do my best to explain things to incoming guests (this year) and I'm 100% available by phone to walk through everything and answer questions to avoid frustrations. I'm pleased that you felt like the unit was clean and well appointed, and glad that you felt good about your interactions with me. :)
I hate to even brag about the stay. It was absolutely perfect. Seems like a best kept secret. Really enjoyed the culture and the elitist feel. Will be staying again in the future.
Ross was easy to work with, great location and was a lovely little spot.

I grew up here and love all that Western Montana has to offer. I feel very lucky to be able to live and work in my hometown surrounded by my family and friends. In late 2007, I was fortunate enough to be able to purchase this unit in the Wilma Building and spent the next 6 months designing and renovating it. Every square inch of this space is updated and I love sharing it with people from all over the world. I invite you to come see what Missoula looks like from the top-floor of the 'The Wilma'....I think you'll find it as stunning as I do.

Why they chose this property
Missoula, Montana is my hometown and feel very connected to this community. My family has lived in Western Montana for 4 generations and every single one of us has a memory from this building. I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to be involved in the restoration of one of our states oldest and most famous landmarks. Plus, I'm very excited about the opportunities this rental has created for meeting new people and sharing this place I love so much.
What makes this property unique
Most everyone who stays here in the Wilma Condo comments on just how convenient and comfortable it is. A great amount of time and energy was spent designing this studio space to be very efficient and offer all of the amenities people are used to having at home. Many visitors park their cars (in the private lot) upon arrival and, because of the Wilma's central location, are then able to walk or bike around town for the majority of their stay. For the warmer months (May - September) there are several farmer's markets located near this location, including one that is just an elevator ride away. People love to grab a coffee and walk to the markets or catch a dinner/movie....all without ever leaving the vicinity of the building!
