Bright ground floor apartment in a quiet residential area, south facing covered terrace not overlooked, superb view of the Rhune.
Secure residence with private parking space 1.5km from the center and 1.8km from the large beach, ideally located for visiting the coast (Guethary, Bidard, Biarritz) or the inland Basque country (superb villages: Ascain, Sare, Ainhoa, Espelette), beautiful hikes in the mountains and close to Spain.
Hégobus bus stop at the entrance of the residence.

Quiet location close to city centre

We really enjoyed our stay, the apt had everything we needed. The walk into town was not too far and the area where we were was nice and quiet, perfect for traveling as a family with a young child.

A lovely apartment. Air conditioning would have been good, and it's a long walk to the town/beach. Uphill on the way back!Well furnished, well equipped kitchen. Good to have an allocated parking place.Fantastic views from the balcony.

Le dialogue avec Yvonne est cordial et efficace. La communication avec la conciergerie est plus complexe mais le stress de l’été y est sûrement pour beaucoup. Le logement pourrait être rafraîchi mais il reste bien équipé et bénéficie d’une très belle vue. La place de parking est très pratique en période estivale. L’ensemble est donc fonctionnel et permet un bon séjour.

Eine gemütliche und ruhige Wohnung mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins französische und spanische Baskenland. Der Kontakt zu der Gastgeberin und der Agentur gestaltete sich sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Trop de bruit en raison de autoroute à 1km. Dommage que ce ne soit pas préciser dans l annonce et stipuler que l'appartement se situe entre 2 autres. Vue de la terrasse superbe mais Sdb et wc vieux et manquent de propreté Rideau de douche noire dans le bas.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint-Jean-de-Luz. C est une région magnifique : l océan et la montagne à la fois , de jolis villages, la proximité de l Espagne, de supers paysages...L appartement est conforme à la description,trés bien équipé, bien agencé, propre et décoré avec goût. La vue sur la Rhune est magnifique et la petite terrasse vraiment très agréable! L appartement est situé dans un endroit calme et verdoyant. Une place de parking est réservée , c est un vrai plus. La personne qui nous remet les clés est très gentille , à l écoute, disponible et nous donne des idées pour les visites à faire. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. vetdoyant

Quartier calme et vue imprenable sur la Rhune

L’appartement est situé dans les hauteurs de St Jean de Luz, dans une résidence sécurisée très au calme. La côte est un peu raide quand on revient à pieds du centre-ville, mais cet effort compense les calories englouties dans la découverte de la gastronomie locale et des glaces estivales! Le parking privé est un plus. Le logement est propre et bien équipé, l’équipe de la conciergerie est très chaleureuse.

Bonne location

Séjour agréable dans l'appartement d'Yvonne. Il est très fonctionnel. Vous pourrez utiliser la ligne de bus qui passe juste devant la résidence pour vous rendre dans le centre ville de Saint Jean de Luz. La vue sur la rhune est magnifique.
