This apartment located in a residential area of the city center has a bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed), a living room with sofa bed offering a possibility of independent sleeping for 2 people, a large functionally equipped kitchen, a bathroom bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The apartment was renovated in spring 2016. One of its main assets is a large covered terrace of 30m2 on which the kitchen and the living room overlook. The terrace, which overlooks an independent garden of 70m2, has been secured with a wooden barrier allowing small children to play in peace. This space is also very pleasant for meals and a nap on the deckchairs ... unless you wish to settle in the garden completely reserved for tenants and the animals that accompany them during the holidays. The apartment is located on foot 10 minutes from the historic center, 5 minutes from a Carrefour market, 12 minutes from the large beach, 3 minutes from the city park (playground for children), and 15 minutes from the market.

We enjoyed our stay. The location, in a quiet back street a few minutes walk away from the town, is perfect. The apartment had everything you would expect and we especially enjoyed dining and relaxing on the covered terrace.
L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, surtout si vous avez une voiture. Nous avons pu facilement rejoindre les arrêts de bus, même si le trajet était un peu plus compliqué. L'appartement est bien équipé et nous a offert un séjour très sûr et calme. L'accès aux commerces, restaurants et autres commodités était facile. Nous avions tout le nécessaire pour préparer nos repas quand nous le souhaitions. Sinon, les restaurants sont excellents.
Hébergement avec fort potentiel, présentant des atouts : la terrasse couverte, le petit jardin, le garage, l ’emplacement au calme mais à proximité du centre de St Jean.Cet hébergement mériterait quelques investissements pour le rendre plus agréable (modernisation, électricité…)

We so enjoyed our stay here at Frank’s place. Isa, Frank’s sister, met us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was really comfy, tastefully decorated and made us feel at home, with everything we needed. A substantial back porch and garden were great for hanging out at home whatever the weather. And we were 10 mins walk from the quaint and stylish town of Saint Jean de Luz - brilliant shopping, food and fun for all at the beach. Frank and Isa were easy and friendly to communicate with. We would come back! Thank you
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche dort, die Lage ist perfekt- ca. 15 Min zu Fuß zur City und zum Strand und man kann die schöne Terrasse und den kleinen Garten genießen! Gerne wieder👍😃

Propriétaire très accueillant et répondant à vos demandes. Emplacement idéal au calme à 10 minutes de la plage, du centre où il y a une halle avec des bons produits. Terrasse très grande avec transats qui a permis d'en profiter même par un temps mitigé. Nous avons passons un superbe séjour dans cette belle ville et merveilleuse côte.
Appartement situé à proximité de la grande plage comme du centre (environ 700 mètres), avec une terrasse vaste et agréable à vivre donnant sur un petit jardin au calme (un vrai plus !). Des propriétaires agréables et discrets.
Un endroit discret et bien pensé.

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable et reposant dans cet appartement (proche du centre, car il suffit de traverser le parc) ouvert sur la terrasse et le jardin très vert.

Niveau inférieur d’une maison avec terrasse couverte très agréable
Appartement bien agencé pour 5 personnes. Terrasse couverte très agréable pour prendre tous les repas, boire son café au calme, lire ou faire des activités avec les enfants. Ce serait appréciable de moderniser certains équipements (robinets dans cuisine et salle de bain, mettre un grille pain, une cafetière Nespresso). Bien situé pour allier calme et proximité du centre ville.
