2018 Renovated 2-Bedroom / 2-Bath Condo on the 10th Floor of the South Seas Club Complex on Marco Island's Beautiful Beachfront. Unit has Quartz Countertops in Kitchen and Baths, NEW Kitchen Cabinets with Large Pantry, NEW Stainless Steel Appliances, NEW Ceramic Wood design floors in Entire Unit, 2-Walk-In Showers with Frameless Shower Doors, NEW Furniture & Accessories, 3-NEW TV's (55"/48"/43") in Living Room, Master Bedroom all with streaming capabililty.
Living Room has a full size couch with recliners in each end.

Two Washers and 2 Dryers on the same floor with easy access.

We have beach and pool accessories including an umbrella, cooler, beach towels, beach cart and childrens toys. Minimum of 7-Day Stay required. Off-Season rates discounted.

There is a $100 registration fee for each vehicle that which is paid at the office when you check-in.

Amazing ocean view and lovely deck to enjoy the ocean air. Property and unit were immaculate , and layout of unit was great. It is a large property and condo living can come with noise from neighboring units, but it was spring break so very full with lots of families and a small kids. Additionally the location was fantastic- the beach was expansive and never felt crowded. Overall a great option in Marco!

Unbelievable experience. Better than any hotel experience on the island. The place is stunning and spotless, and the view is priceless. Communication with the property manager was so easy and very attentive. The facility is impeccably managed and maintained. Steps away from Doreen’s, Joey’s and Sami’s and a little walk or 5 minute drive to Oyster, Marco Prime, and Davinci’s. Starbucks, McDonald’s, CVS, Walgreens, Publix, and Winn Dixie are all an easy walk or short drive. If you want a beautiful condo with beautiful view, retreat like pool area, and immediate beach access to the gulf, this is definitely the place for you.

This was a great VRBO property. Probably our best stay ever. The property was clean and well furnished. The kitchen utensils and other supplies were exceptional. This is a beautiful property with easy beach and pool access. A very secure property where you can feel very comfortable. Felt like we were in our own home.

Beautiful condo...close to great food

We enjoyed our stay and the condo is as pictured. It's a hike to the beach, but lovely. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Overall, a good option if you can make a King and Queen bed work for your family (we had one on the sofa).

We had a great stay at this condo. The unit was beautifully updated and had everything we could need. The grounds are gorgeous and we loved playing Pickleball every morning. The owner is very responsive and we definitely hope to stay here again!

Simply said…the condo was excellent! The view from the balcony was even better than the photo. The unit was clean and comfortable… having large tv’s in every room was a bonus. Finally…there was great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend!

We have just returned home from our trip to Marco Island and couldn't recommend this condo enough it simply was stunning. It's beautifully decorated, well equipped, clean, spacious and very comfortable with a fabulous view over the pool and beach. It was a pleasure to stay at this oceanfront condo. The unit was extremely clean and had beautiful costal decor which was perfect for a relaxing stay. The ocean views from the living room and bedrooms were stunning. The condo is adequately furnished providing everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Just what we were hoping for!

Super clean, new(er) furnishings, great decor. Beach cart and chairs included. 1,440 steps to the water which was perfect for those who want to get their steps in! We left our new beach umbrella for others to enjoy! Marco Island is incredibly clean, beautifully landscaped, and crime free. Perfect relaxing vacation!

My wife and I booked this condo for the first week in April, 2019. As advertised, the condo is completely renovated and done very nicely. It was clean and stocked well with essentials. The view is excellent and has great access to all that Marco has to offer. The owner is a pro and is highly responsive and helpful. We will certainly book this property again!

Beautiful Condo in a great location. Condo has everything a family would need, plenty of dishes, cookware, towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, etc. The view of the ocean and pool is amazing. What a GEM!!

Our recent stay at a VRBO in Marco Island was nothing short of spectacular. The condo itself was a beautiful gem, fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
