Hi Raquitta, we would like to start by saying thank you for your compliment. You and your group were very respectful great guest. However we would like to address the cooking ware trend ONLY on VRBO reviews that has been confusing us severely. No one is saying anything about this home missing cookware on the other booking platform, only VRBO. Please fact check this to experience how odd this is, many reservations and more reviews on the other platform. We have seen this being said, so was have paid additional attention to our cookware. There are two groups of people who walk our homes before each and every reservation that assures nothing that we provide is missing. Our kitchen is loaded. From all sorts of utensils, pots, pans to can and wine bottle openers. We would never sit back and allow it to have missing items. We would love to hear what you feel is missing. We are curious to if you may be referring to salt/pepper/seasoning, but that doesn’t sound like cookware to us. We do not provide anything edible, that is accessible to multiple guest. However, we did reach out to you during your reservation to see if everything was going okay during your stay. We did not receive a response. We can assure you that if you responded with anything in need we would have had it delivered. Our last suggestion that we received from a previous VRBO reviewer, who said we were missing cookware, said we were missing To-Go containers. Which we do not provide, which also isn’t cookware.
