THE SPACE (INTERIOR)
Our beautiful 1870’s house was updated, expanded and reimagined in 2008 by award-winning architect Jim Poteet. The home sleeps 6 adults comfortably (+ 2 kids/infants) in 3 well-equipped bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a layout designed for groups/families to relax, spread out, and connect.
• Primary Bedroom: Features a king size Tempurpedic bed and convertible Koala twin sleeper, minisplit AC/heat system, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with a shower, smart TV, sound machine, and window shades
• Second Bedroom (accessed via office): Features a king size adjustable Sleep Number memory foam mattress, blackout blinds, ceiling fan, large closet, smart TV, and sound machine
• Third bedroom: Doubling as an office and/or second living room this room features a memory foam queen pullout sofa*, tower fan, blackout window coverings, workspace, spacious built-in closets, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, freestanding soaking tub and large walk-in shower.
*this couch may change your opinion on pull-out sofas – it’s truly quite comfortable!

Laundered linens are provided for your use, including extra blankets and pool towels.

Bathrooms have shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and hair dryers.

The designer kitchen features a large gas stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and French press, as well as pots/pans, dishware, glassware, utensils, and assortment of cooking essentials.

The pool has a removable safety fence to provide peace-of-mind for those traveling with littles.
Our fully fenced front yard features a covered porch with lounge chairs to enjoy the friendly neighborhood.
