Sea Spray Beach House on the Ocean in South Ponte Vedra

Beautiful house in South Ponte Vedra! Gorgeous views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Guana State Preserve. You will love being able to leave your private balcony and stroll immediately onto the beach. It is hard to beat having nothing between you and the ocean!
Enjoy one of the best ocean and beach views from practically the entire house. Enjoy cooking with a view of the ocean from this fully equipped kitchen. You will also enjoy listening to music on the stereo from your oceanfront deck.
Enjoy views of the ocean from the kitchen, family room, dining room and master bedroom. The other rooms have a great view of Guana Preserve.
One queen bed master, a guest room with two queen beds, and a private den with a pull-out sofa offers plenty of comfortable sleeping for up to 8 guests. There is a full bath with a shower that offers access directly to the deck and down to the beach.
There is a deck that runs the length of the ocean side of the house that gives you great views, a place to eat al fresco, and direct access to the beach. At the bottom of the walkway, at beach level, there is an incredible large gazebo so you can sit and enjoy the beach in the shade! It is a great spot to enjoy the ocean breezes!
South Ponte Vedra Beach is a very quiet beach that runs parallel to Guana State Preserve to Vilano Beach, and then on to St. Augustine.
St. Augustine is a quaint, historic old city that provides wonderful shopping, dining and touring. Castillo de San Marcos - the fort, Alligator Farm, and Lighthouse are worth a visit and we recommend the trolley tour of the old city.
If you are golfers, TPC Sawgrass is about 15 minutes north, and World Golf Village is only about a 25 minute drive.
Fishing charters are plentiful, whether you prefer inshore or offshore.
Spend the day paddle boarding, surfing, looking for sharks teeth, swimming, surf-fishing, boogie boarding, or just hang - this is the place to visit!
No cars are allowed on this part of the beach, and the only people around will be from other houses nearby.

Everything was ok, the property is pretty far from everything and getting out of the driveway is really scary. The road is pretty busy and dark and there a quite a few blind spots. House was decently clean and stocked. There was a bit of mold on the ceilings and a few things not cleaned well (bathtub ejected black gunk when using jets?) but overall nothing too crazy. They had board games and dvds for the kids which was a win for us because we had 0 cell service (ATT). Beach was very nice and super private. Lots of beach toys and chairs which were all kept nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Love this location - this is our second time staying - even though it is more space than my husband and myself need - it is beautiful. Only concern is how close it is to A1A. But my husband is an amazing driver so I guess I shouldn’t be concerned with that.The house itself is very clean and well kept. The master bed was comfortable we did not use the 2 full beds in the other bedroom. There is a shower and foot wash on the gazebo which is wonderful after a day walking the beach

Fantastic place!

Loved everything about this place! Waking to the sunrise over the Atlantic, eating dinner during the sunset in massive windows, everything we needed supplied and amazing communication with host. If I find myself back in the area I will definitely be booking this wonderful home again!

We were very impressed with this property. Sea Spray had everything we needed and plenty of space for the family to enjoy time together. Awesome property. The only problem we had is we wanted to use the grill and it literally crumbled when we tried to take the cover off. We called the person that was listed in the book and left a message and never got a return call. Other than that the property is awesome just as described and if I decide to come back to FL I would definitely book it again.

We are so sorry about the grill. The ocean air takes its toll! The property manager's number was in your check in instructions but she never heard from you. Great beach getaway

We had an amazing week at Sea Spray Beach House. We love the location, the house is nicely renovated and it has a great deck and cabana area overlooking the beach. It worked great for our family of four, and we hope to make it back soon!
