Sleeping arrangements
This oceanfront home accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The third-floor primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bath, and private balcony overlooking the water. Two queen bedrooms on this level share a hallway bath, each offering serene ocean views. On the lower floor, a second king bedroom and a spacious bunk room provide flexible sleeping options. The bunk room includes two sets of full-over-twin bunk beds with trundles, a wraparound couch, coffee table, and 60+ inch TV. A full bathroom on this level opens directly to the back deck and beach path, convenient after time in the sand and surf.

Living spaces
The main living area opens to a 60-foot balcony overlooking the Atlantic, ideal for coffee at sunrise or wine at dusk. Indoors, comfortable seating and a flat-screen streaming TV invite relaxed gatherings. A bonus room with a desk offers a quiet corner for reading or reflection.No separate media room.The bunk room includes 2 sets of bunk beds, a small wrap around couch, coffee table, TV & some misc. games, but it is all in the same room. The bottom floor of this house has the bunk room, another bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. The room with the king bed does not lead out onto the back deck, nor does the bunk room. The bathroom does have a door leading out to the back deck and then down to the ocean, giving outside access to a bathroom.

Kitchen & dining
A well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker makes meal preparation easy. Two dining tables seat eight each, while the breakfast bar seats four. Barbecue utensils are provided for outdoor meals on the grill.

Outdoor living
Step directly from the beachfront deck to the sand for morning walks or afternoon swims. Multiple balconies frame ocean views, and the patio offers a perfect spot to unwind after a day by the sea.

Amenities
You’ll have WiFi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, and essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Free parking is available for three vehicles, and check-in is easy with a keypad. Please note: no pets are allowed.
