The property is listed as a three bedroom sleeps 8. It is actually a 2 bedroom with a loft- the loft has no closet or door so is not considered a room. Plus to get to the loft requires climbing a ladder..the listing also shows three bedrooms with queen size beds and then a room with bunk beds. In reality there were 2 photos of the same room but with different bed types. One showing a queen size bed and one showing bunkbeds. So at the very least it was an extremely confusing Listing.In addition to this , there wasn’t enough plates and towels for 8 people. 5 plates 4 bowls 4 coffee cups etc. very disappointing and frustrating. When I called the management company and told them this they said they would drop off more plates and towels. When I asked about the advertisement showing the different rooms, the response was surprise and shock! “ you saw that in the website??!!” Then I was told, “ those are old photos “. Now for the semi good news- after calling and texting multiple times, I was told we may be able to get a different unit next door- that was a three bedroom with a loft. I was shown the unit and agreed it would fit our needs and I was very appreciative. However.. once making the switch to the unit we found out the microwave was busted, the shower head in one of the bathrooms was broken, lots of lights had no power or bulbs and the final blow was while trying to cook the gas burner knob was broken causing burner to continually ignite.. in all, it was a bummer.

Hi Anne, Sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay. The listing very clearly explains what the unit offers — exactly what you booked. We even went out of our way to move another reservation just to accommodate your group, and happily dropped off extra plates, towels, and whatever else you asked for. Apparently, that still wasn’t good enough. It’s unfortunate that a misunderstanding on your end resulted in such a negative review, despite the extra effort we made to make things right. Best of luck with future bookings.
