Whether you are thinking of hiking Zion, swimming at the lazy river, or spending the day fishing at Sand Hollow, this brand-new villa will feel like your home away from home.

This beautiful, modern 5 bedroom / 3 ½ bathroom home in Zion Village, can sleep 20 guests comfortably, or up to 22 guests with the help of 2 fold-out mats. Keep the kids entertained with 2 Xbox Ones or host a family air hockey tournament in the garage! Cook up something the whole family will love in the expansive kitchen or on the grill outback. Wrap up a long day in the sun relaxing on the balcony, with a drink in hand, watching the desert sunset behind the mountains. Take comfort in the privacy of your own room, with each room having its own LG TV with Hulu and live; it is the perfect place to relax. We really enjoyed our stay at the Zion Village Resort. The check-in process was seem-less, and communication with management was excellent. They were quick to respond with any questions or needs. We really enjoyed the terrace to hang out and talk. Parents with children would especially like this property with all it's amenities that are available. The location was perfect for going to the National Parks. The master bathroom could use a little more cleaning when we first arrived, but other then that the stay was excellent.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Loved it. Only wish I had stayed longer than 4 nights! Very new facilities. Very clean and gorgeously designed and decorated. Spacious garage and rooms. We didnt even get a chance to use the upstairs family area with TVs and games. The upstairs covered patio is fabulous. Can't say enough about this rental. I'd love to own it myself. One item to note is the AC is controlled for the most part and it gets a little warm at times. Never could really get it down to a cooler temp.

The perfect space to play and unwind

The property had everything! It was clean and accomdated a large group with ease. There was lots of personal space to get away from others and space to gather and socialize! We would absolutely stay again.

Well, I will start out by saying communication leading up to our stay was excellent as well as the property itself. Unfortunately, when we arrived the place was very dirty. I am not a clean freak but what we encountered was absolutely disgusting. The bedding was covered in dirt and stains, the dishes and cabinets were dirty and the floors were so dirty our white socks were stained black. Some of the dirt washed out of the bedding which tells me they were never cleaned in the first place. There was a white comforter that looked like someone rolled in the red dirt all day and came back and plopped down on the bed. I have no idea how they didn’t notice when they made the bed. The bathmats were obviously used and dirty as well. It took me two days to get everything washed before the rest of our party arrived. Now they charged my credit card, without notifying me ahead of time, for stains on the bedding. They also had kitchen drawers that were broke and my husband kindly fixed them. I know, it was my mistake for not notifying them when we arrived. I figured I rather take care of it myself instead of having someone enter the home while we were gone with our belongings there. I understand, things happen and if the owners don’t live nearby they may not know how the cleaning staff are doing. I was going to let them know after I left a positive review. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and I caution anyone thinking about staying here. If you choose to, take photos!

Perfect Family Getaway w Zion Access

We had a group of 10, ages 6-64, all of us loved the house space, amenities and setup. We hiked Zion daily and enjoyed the pool and hot tub every evening. Highly recommend, this place has several hang out spots for our smaller groups and would stay again.

We loved this property! Exactly as pictured in the listing, plenty of room, lovely upper level outdoor area with fire pit. The pool area was perfect for our “rest day” and all communications were timely and helpful. I highly recommend!
