Très bon séjour en famille,Logement très bien équipé et propre.Il est très bien placé, pas loin des remontées…Le propriétaire et la personne qui nous accueillent sont agréables et arrangeants.Point négatif : n’a qu’une seule clé ce qui n’est pas pratique. Partout ailleurs nous avons toujours eu deux clés et c’est bien surtout quand plusieurs adultes.Sinon que du bon et de la neige en prime.

Accueil inexistant, personne chargée de remettre les clefs trop pressée de retourner à son travail ! Pas de chauffage dans les chambres (heureusement qu'il a fait beau et chaud !). Je dis "chambres", mais une seule pouvait prétendre à cette appellation, car environ 9 m². Les autres moins de 9 m² étaient des "chambrettes". Pour remettre les clefs en fin de séjour, idem qu'à l'aller, nous avons déposé les clefs à la caisse des remontées, la responsable n'était pas là pour faire l'état des lieux !!!

Bonjour, Nous sommes très surpris de vos remarques concernant la location et nous tenions à vous répondre. Nous sommes allés sur place et, surprise le chauffage de l'étage marche parfaitement et suffit largement à la surface globale de l'étage (calculer par un distributeur professionnel). Il faut laisser les portes des 3 chambres ouvertes pour la diffusion de la chaleur, mais peut-être ne l'avez-vous pas fait? Ce sont des chauffages à inertie très efficaces. Concernant la surface des chambres, elles suffisent pour passer des nuits plus que correctes et n'ont jamais été qualifiées de "chambrettes". Pour les placards, les cintres et les portes manteaux : Dans la chambre double, il y a toujours le placard avec étagères et penderie ainsi que les cintres (10). Effectivement dans les petites chambres, il n'y en pas mais il y a des meubles de rangement et porte-manteau. Pour les porte-manteaux, il y en a 5 au total qui sont toujours en place (chambres, salle de bain et hall d'entrée). Pour l'état des lieux, après vérification, la personne se tenait à votre disposition pour vos questions; et vous l'avez sollicité; pour votre départ prévu le 23 après-midi, vous avez décidé de partir à 8h du matin et de ce fait, vous avez déposé les clés directement à la personne en charge au dernier moment. Et c'était son jour de repos, elle n'était pas aux remontées, mais chez elle. Et enfin concernant la neige, malheureusement, il faut vous retourner vers Météo France. Nous avons vérifié avec Abritel et notre annonce est à 100% conforme. Cordialement,
