CHALET EYNE PYRENEES ORIENTALES

Pleasant little chalet in a quiet residence away from traffic. You will appreciate its large terrace of 18m², offering you a wide panorama of the Saillagouse valley and the Spanish Pyrenees.
Facing south with garden furniture, enjoy the calm to relax and share a pleasant holiday with your family in both winter and summer.

-The chalet is fully equipped with appliances with living room, American kitchen, access to the terrace.
It was renovated in 2021 (floor, inertia radiators, shower room, velux, sliding living room)
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle and vanity unit with integrated mirror.
You will also have a separate toilet.

Upstairs 2 independent bedrooms (2 double beds), 1 mezzanine (1 double bed and a single bed)
2 140 beds, 2 bolsters, 2 mattress protectors and duvets + 2 pillowcases
1 bed in 140 and 90 ditto with blankets + bedspread

A parking space is available on a private car park in the condominium not adjoining the chalet. Electricity on metre reading (0.24/ KWH) Baby supplies: cot, high chair, free barrier for stairs
Cleaning is mandatory-at the end of the room.

Attention! During the February school holidays, I only accept rental by the WEEK from Saturday to Saturday.

EYNE small family resort, on site skiing with ESF ski school, a ski area of more than 35 km, snowshoeing, hiking, nature reserve of the Eyne Valley, mountain biking, horse riding, cani mountain biking, cani hiking.

Chalet tel que décrit.Bien agencé, très bien équipé, l'électroménager et tous les chauffages fonctionnent très bien.Jamais froid, au contraire. Il est idéalement situé à 2 pas de la station et proche du village.La personne qui ouvre est sympa et flexible en terme d'horaires, réactive également.Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances Merci

Un havre de paix

Un lieu idéal pour se reposer et faire de belles randonnées en montagne. Le chalet est très bien équipé et nous y avons séjourné à 3 adultes. Il est situé en station, très calme à cette période de l’année. La terrasse ensoleillée est très appréciable avec une vue sur les Pyrénées. Les échanges avec la propriétaire sont réactifs. Les commerces se situent à une dizaine de kilomètres. La petite commune d’Eyne dispose d’une boulangerie et d’une fromagerie, toutes les deux d’excellente qualité. Eyne est également le point de départ pour une marche dans la vallée des fleurs. Deux petits sujets : une douche assez petite et il n’y a pas vraiment d’extérieur privatif, mais une terrasse très bien orientée..

Père Noël en Mars.

Très agréable séjour,le chalet est très bien situé,avec une superbe vue sur la chaîne des Pyrénées. Nous étions 5 adultes et 2 enfants.un peu juste pour 7 personnes.. Mise à part cela tout était parfait, accueil, propreté, literie …

Le chalet est bien situé, non loin des pistes, et bénéficie d'un joli panorama. Le séjour a été agréable si l'on fait abstraction des problèmes liés à une porte d'entrée impossible à manipuler, à une cabine de douche qui perd ses joints d'étanchéité, un bouton de plaque chauffante qui ne reste pas sur son axe, un store électrique dont on n'a toujours pas trouvé la logique de fonctionnement et pour finir un dégât des eaux qui s'est manifesté dans l'appartement de dessous (cela s'était déjà produit la semaine précédente...). Nous avons pris le parti de restituer le chalet plus propre que ce que nous l'avions trouvé, il le mérite.

Bonjour madame J'ai bien noté vos remarques et suis navrée d'apprendre que la porte ne fonctionne pas correctement j'ai déjà fait intervenir un menuisier pourtant. La cabine de douche à été remplacée il y a 2 ans . En ce qui concerne le dégât des eaux il ne vous à aucunement gêné vu que l'appartement du bas est privé et non disponible aux locataires. Son accès est strictement et uniquement autorisé en cas de coupure d'électricité. Croyez bien que j'en suis la plus désolée. Sachez également que la conciergerie fait le ménage avant chaque arrivée. Je reste disponible pour tous mes locataires rencontrant un "problème" sur un simple appel téléphonique, je ne peux pas agir si je ne suis pas prévenue... Veuillez m'excuser de ces petits désagréments qui je l'espère n'ont pas impactés votre séjour.

Super séjour et super hôte

Le chalet est situé dans un écrin de verdure et de calme. Nous avons eu la chance de voir plusieurs fois des cerfs depuis le balcon et au cours de nos promenades. Beaucoup de balades et de rando possibles dans les environs Notre séjour s'est très bien passé et le chalet est très bien équipé. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Vacances au calme

Chalet très propre, bien équipé, bien exposé, au calme (cerfs à 20 m de la terrasse). Accueil très chaleureux d’Amélie et bon contact avec les propriétaires. Bémol : cabine de douche étroite et chambres exiguës très mansardées
