* 1/2 block from Sol Foods, Deep Creek, MeMe’s. 1 mile from Zion Park Entrance. You can walk to most everything from here & take the Free Shuttle to the rest.

* Must be clean, neat, responsible, reliable, great stewards of the space and land, non-smokers, drug-free, low-to-no alcohol use, no pets.
* Must be great neighbor(s), quiet, honest, trustworthy, good communicator(s), mindful of noise. Studio tenants live next door on site.
* Utilities run about $200 - $300/mo.
* Because this is a 2 month rental, Earnest Money/Security Deposit and Rental Agreement are required.
