This cottage was an amazing place to stay! Not only was it clean and the hot tub was a great way to end the day, it was centrally located for everything we wanted to see and do. The drives to Zion and Page from here were easy and beautiful. The town itself is fun, and you can see the changes. Richard was a great host, and it was nice to meet him when we arrived...he has some amazing plans for the location! We can't wait to come back!

What a wonderful place to stay. The host was great and so helpful. With the hot tub, fire pit, and king size bed it was perfect for a nice romantic weekend for my wife and I. We will definitely be coming back.

The whole place was spotless, the bed was super comfortable annd the hot tub was a great time after long hikes. Our truck broke down as soon as we arrived and the host came out within 10 minutes to help us get it back up and running.

Had the most enjoyable stay I have ever had at any place in my 62 years. The host was awesome the place was perfect, clean, spared no expense in making this rental truly as the name says Kings Quarters. I was over the top impressed with this rental worth every penny I paid. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially those OCD people like me who hate staying away from home. All the amenities worked perfectly. Kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, paper towels, live TV, the whole nine yards. Would just caution there’s a skylight so bring a sleeping mask if intending on sleeping in, but this is a great stay. Would give it 6 stars if I could!

Great cozy studio cottage with private fenced lawned yard on three sides. Dog friendly and very clean and tidy. Convenient and highly scenic distance to Zion. Certainly recommended especially as it is of good value.
