Beautiful property, amazing neighborhood complete with donkeys, deer, chickens and wild turkey. Amazing view in the morning, quiet and private in the evening. House is clean, very well maintained with everything necessary for a great stay.
We love the Round House. It's so clean and cozy. The recent remodel is perfect. The primary bathroom is something out of Better Homes and Gardens magazine. We definitely will stay there again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental. The property was exactly as advertised and was stocked with essentials to make our stay memorable. The host was responsive to messages and easy to communicate with.
The round house was perfect for our stay. Very close to Asheville but removed enough to allow relaxation. Lots of wild turkeys and animals to watch from the porch. All the necessities like grocery stores and dining are within a couple miles.
Nice updates, very spacious and close to downtown Asheville. Very quiet so it was a great relaxing time for us. The host, Stephen, was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!
Recently updated, comfortable and well kept home secluded but conveniently located minutes from downtown Asheville. Spacious yard making it perfect for travelers with dogs. Introverts will love the quiet seclusion and extroverts will love the proximity to downtown.
The round house was great with an abundance of detail and provisions. It is tucked away for privacy but an easy 10 minutes to the heart of Asheville! Highly recommended!
Round House was as described in listing on VRBO. We really enjoyed our stay. Place is clean, kitchen is well stocked. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are nice as well. Nice deck overlooking the yard. Very close to downtown Asheville yet very peaceful and quiet. We would stay here again if in the area.
Had a great time at the Round House. Everything was very clean and beautifully updated. Loved learning the history of the house that was provided on the check in/check out instruction sheet. Would stay again, highly reccomend.
We had a great long weekend in Asheville. This house is so cool and is decorated incredibly well. The host is very responsive. We were in a great location, had a beautiful view of the fall foliage, and were able to relax and feel right at home here.
The round house is a quiet Cozy place. Very accommodating for the six of us. We were able to enjoy nature, with the wild turkey’s, horses and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, Would love to stay here again when we are in the area.
The house was clean and the kitchen had a lot of great supplies (tons of glasses, utensils, cooking supplies). Bed was comfy and bedrooms had good sized closets and drawers. Could have used more hangers for closets. Location was quiet and peaceful.
Stayed here for two nights with a few friends and we all wish we could have stayed longer. Very cozy house with an impressive array of kitchen appliances. Loved watching the local birds and animals. An amazing place if you're looking for peace and quiet with a short drive into town.
Lovely location. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Inside staircase steep for this old lady. There was a ramp area to be able to load vehicle without carrying luggage down stairs…very helpful!
Would stay there again.
Very clean and just what we needed. 10-15 mins from everything. Dog loved the yard. My wife and I loved the decor, very comfortable. Great hosts

Why they chose this property
Our grandfather had this house built in 1987 for he and his wife after retiring from being a veterinarian. Our family used to come together at this house for the holidays and special occasions.
You’ll notice an eclectic mix of décor in the house. This is due to our dad’s love for his fishing, airplanes and motorcycles coupled with our parents’ love for finding the beauty in almost everything. There are still hints of our grandparents throughout the house and knick-knacks and pictures that remind us of how truly amazing the generations were before us.
What makes this property unique
The house itself is nestled off of a private road providing you with all the anonymity you could want while still being just 15 minutes away from amazing downtown Asheville.
