Cozy Cottage in the woods on a mountainside just minutes from downtown Asheville. Set in a peaceful, pastoral setting, enjoy panoramic views from the wraparound deck and loft. The deck has plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing and dining. Inside, the open living area has a vaulted ceiling and loft. It is comfortably furnished and well equipped. The kitchen has a range with oven, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, disposal, and dishwasher. Dishes, flatware, glassware, pots and pans are provided. There is WIFI, a large flat screen TV for streaming, and a gas log stove for Fall and Winter evenings. The cozy cottage offers the best of both worlds. You can relax here, away from it all, and in a manner of minutes enjoy the Biltmore, local breweries, fine dining, entertainment, arts, and shopping that are unique to Asheville. 2.2 miles to downtown Asheville, or three miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway where you can sight-see, bike or hike.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or pets. Parking is limited to 2 automobiles. Property is too small for 5 adults and has only one bathroom.

Location is very convenient to downtown! Grocery stores, restaurants, attractions and shopping are all very close by. I am sure the view is lovely during the late fall/winter, summer vegetation does block the view of the mountains during this time of year. Road signage is also hidden by vegetation, due to it being close to the ground, but trust the gps and you will find a nice hideaway.

This place was so great! It was tucked away in the trees, quiet and pretty private. The drive to town was pretty quick, although the drive is very twisty - typical mountain drive. It was close enough to town we could come back to the house multiple times a day without it being a huge inconvenience. The inside was adorable - not super huge, but plenty of space for just the 2 of us, and honestly would have fit another couple or some kids quite well. Loved our stay, and highly recommend!

Perfect getaway in the mountains. Easy access to downtown Asheville and local hiking. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view from the deck and trying to spot bears (from a distance). Really appreciated the resources and clear instructions for check in and check out.

Originally purchased this property as a second home because of its location in the mountains and only 2.2 miles to downtown Asheville with all the restaurants, shops, breweries, art galleries, and its proximity to white water rafting, kayaking, and hiking. We are now glad to share the cozy cottage with other vacationers. Strive to keep it well maintained, well equipped, comfortable, and a good value. It is a great space for families with young children or four adults.
