200 meters from the beach and just 10km from the 1700 year old town Split, our Villa A1 will be the beautiful base from where you will explore the beauties of Croatia. Split is the center point for those exploring and sightseeing Croatia’s romantic coastline and extraordinary islands like Hvar, Brac, Vis, Šolta and Korčula. Visitors can spend days visiting famous sightseeing locations on the islands as well as on the coastline where the medieval city of Trogir, national parks Krka and Kornati islands or Red and Blue lakes beside Imotski are only a few of famous sightseeing spots. In the end, why not take a trip to south to explore the world-famous city of Dubrovnik.

Villa A1 is a modern luxury villa with private, heated swimming pool ( 8 x 5 m) designed and equipped with the best available standards. It has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and it is ideal for 12 persons. It is leased out as a private home; it encompasses four floors with a balconies and terraces on the approximate 300 m2 of usable space.

On ground floor there is one bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and air condition. First floor is designed as common space with large living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom. It is connected with garden and sundeck area around private pool and outside dining area with barbeque. On second and third floor there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms have southern orientation and access to large balconies with sea view. Each bedroom is air-conditioned.
On the roof area there is access to the terrace with amazing and unobstructed view over Adriatic islands. Roof terrace is equipped with sundecks and siting area for your maximum pleasure. There is parking spaces for 3 cars in front of the house.
