Private upper floor apartment amongst the pinions overlooking Torrey. You will have beautiful mountain and red rock views from the deck and inside there is a spacious living room with pull-out-bed sofa , full kitchen, 3/4 bathroom, laundry room, and a king bedroom. This comfortable apartment is tucked away in a central location near the intersection of highways 12 and 24. Disc Golf Course on property (See Udisc.com and bring your own discs). **************************************************** If you choose to book, read the messages we send to you within the VRBO messaging system. App with notifications/textmessage enabled is recommended. *****************************************************Do not arrive before 3 PM without permission. *****************************************************No pets allowed, including ESA. Pet friendly lodging is available at The Rim Rock Inn. If you will be bringing a working service dog, please tell me. ****************************************************** IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ZOOM OR OTHER LIVE STREAMING VIDEO CALLS OR LIVE INTERNET WORK, DO NOT BOOK US (live meaning that buffering is inappropriate or unavailable). The house was in a perfect location… Very close to the park and in a very peaceful neighborhood. It was a little outdated, but the house was adequately stocked with everything we needed.

Beautiful views!

Lovely hidden gem perfect for two! Clean & well-equipped. Shower/bathroom could use a bit of updating, but otherwise a great place to stay while visiting Capitol Reef Nat’l Park.

Very large apartment above the machine shed. Most excellent view from the balcony. Unit is clean and has good furniture. Private. Would stay again. There are 15 steps to get up there.

Perfect place

Everything was exactly as listed...spotlessly clean, comfortable and well appointed. This was a perfect place for us to regroup mid roadtrip. We were able to have some home cooked meals and do laundry plus visit Capitol Reef. The owners' communication was excellent.

Great location, beautiful views from every window. The place was immaculate, cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Very well appointed so it’s easy to make meals in. The only consideration is that there are stairs into the apartment so you will have to carry your things up a short flight of stairs. May be difficult for those with health issues. Otherwise I highly recommend. Attached is the view from the bedroom window.

Capital Reef NP

Loved this property so much. The photos didn’t do the views justice…we enjoyed the outdoor balcony for outdoor dining, reading or just enjoying the peace of the desert…did I mention the views?! Everything on the inside was clean and cozy. Hope to travel this way again soon.

We loved this place - roomy, comfortable and so close to CR and town! Would definitely recommend. We ate at Rim Rock patio and the pizza was fantastic (owner of rental owns restaurant).
