Villa of 120 m2 for 10 people with swimming pool on raised and flowered ground (1100 m2) close to the sea (two beaches at 1200 m).
Fully air-conditioned house, 4 bedrooms:
On the ground floor two bedrooms (one with a 160 bed and one with a 140 bed and two 90 beds on the mezzanine), 1 bathroom on the ground floor and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, two bedrooms each with a private bathroom and wc (one with a 160 bed and one with a 180 bed (or 2 times 90).
Dining room living room with flat screen TV, open fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridge-freezers, induction hobs etc ...). Garage. Large terraces around the house and the swimming pool with outdoor shower, barbecue area, outdoor furniture tables, chairs, deckchairs, etc. Shops at 4Km (Ste Lucie)
