3 Full Bath Suites (King, King, Queen/Queen Bunk & Full/Full Bunk sets).
Also Queen Sofa Bed on Main Level, 2 Twin Mattresses & 2 Air Mattress available in spacious Basement.

Fully equipped Kitchen with Granite Counter Tops & 4 Breakfast Bar Stools.
Indoor dining for 14 plus Outdoor dining for 8. Freezer Chest on main floor for ice bag storage. PLUS Full Refrigerator/Freezer on Lower Level.

Entertainment: Ping Pong, Xbox, Premium DTV Stream, 75-inch TCL Roku Smart TV w/ VIZIO Sound Bar on Main Level and 60” flat screen TV on Lover Level. High-speed Xfinity Internet w/ Wifi in the house and even at the New Dock!

Minimal Cell Service, so Wifi Calling can be used for calls & social media connectivity.

Lower Level has loads of floor space along with Full Refrigerator/Freezer and Mini Fridge and Washer/Dryer in utility room

2 spacious decks with plenty of outdoor furniture, Bluetooth Speaker and 5-burner Charbroil Gas Grill. Upper level deck has covered area to enjoy outdoors even in less than perfect weather

New 2025 Tram: This fantastic amenity allows for effortless travel between the Dock and the House. Only a few steps down to the Dock from where the TRAM rests near the water. 1000-lb total weight capacity allows 4 adults plus coolers and other items to be transported with ease.

New 2023 Private Covered Dock w/ integral 16'x36' Partially Covered Swim Platform with 8-12 person square Table & Ceiling Fan. 13'H Jumping Platform and Bench Swim Seat make the dock a great place to hang out for hours. Stream your favorite music with full Wifi access at the Dock. (Owner's boat on lift in 1 of the 2 covered boat slips. Owner's jet skis on jet docks. Neither available for renter use.)

3 Adult Kayaks, 2 Youth Kayaks, 1 Adult Paddle Board and a 3-person Canoe.(Life jackets required: At Dock on Drying Line - 2 Universal Adult over 90-lbs; 2 Youth 50-90 lbs & 2 Child Life Vests

New 2025 Driveway allows for parking down at the front porch of the house, so no hauling of cargo required! Ample parking room for 7+ vehicles and for Boat trailer.

Indian River Marina is closest by land for launching your boat (15-min drive)

Whitman Hollow Marina is closest by water and offers pontoon rentals (<5 min boat ride). Also Froggies is a great casual dining / bar with summer time live music on Friday and Saturday nights.

Sequoyah Marina is largest full-service marina offering runabout & pontoon Boat rentals and Jet Ski Rentals. Also large restaurant with Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner.

Family getaway!

Great view and great locetion! Would recommend putting your boat in the water prior to arriving at the home- the driveway and narrow roads are hard to maneuver!

Wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed our time very much at this property. Scott was very responsive and the house was well stocked unlike some houses we have stayed at that barely had pots to use for cooking. The dock was terrific and the family has a great time using it.

Beautiful home

We have stayed at many VRBO homes and condos and this was the cleanest by far. This house had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for our family and beautiful views. Great place to stay!

Family Vacation 2023

We had a great week at the lake house and would definitely recommend! The view of the lake is amazing from the house and the dock is great for kids with the jumping platform and the bench that sits in the water.

Relaxing stay

Really enjoyed the location of this house. Previous stay had been over by Sugar Hallow Marina. Which is nice but I prefer this area, prettier and more coves to discover. The back deck and views are beautiful. The new dock is really a nice upgrade.

Worth the money.

4th year going to lake. Best part was being 20 minutes off the interstate versus driving another hour on back roads toying a boat and jet ski like the last 3 properties we have stayed.

This Lakehouse with the amazing view of Norris Lake was just fanastic for a family gathering. Very Clean.The daughter, her husband and grandchildren had the downstairs. Plenty of room in the living room. The large dining table was perfect. 3 Full bathrooms and a half bath.Two bedrooms with king size beds.Very comfortable beds. Two refrigerators. The grandchildren loved the bunk room. The tram was great to get down to the dock. The driveway is steep. The suggestion of backing down to pull straight out is the best way. I had a large SUV and backed all the way down to the front door parking which is level. Back slowly. This made unloading and loading very easy. This is definitely a 5 star place to stay. We had family in the Knoxville area to visit and it was an easy drive. Best vacation that will have lasting memories.
Extremely large TV which was great for men watching sports. Large living room with 3 couches made opening up Christmas gifts and playing family games fun.

Great Place

Enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for 10 adults/kids. House is in great shape. Dock is excellent nice upgrades, kids liked jumping off the dock ledge. Great location close to local marina. Great communication with home owner. Overall it was an awesome trip.

Perfect lake getaway

This was a great rental experience. The view of the lake from the deck was beautiful. The house was spacious, well furnished and very clean. Good communication from the owner. Everything as advertised and even a little better. Highly recommend this property!

Very Clean & Family Friendly

A couple of us went down for a calm weekend at the lake. The steps to/from the lake were no joke, but at least it keeps us skinny! Overall, besides the slight power outage due to a storm, very nice weekend there and would recommend to any friends going to use this place!

As lifelong TN fans, we spent summers at Norris and always dreamed of having a lakefront home here. Finally in 2019 we were able to make that dream a reality. We are grew up mainly in Ohio, so Go Bucks and Go Vols!

Why they chose this property

Big Creek is just the best area on the lake in our opinion. Deep Water and less congestion than the Deerfield area make this the perfect location.

What makes this property unique

The views from both full-house-width decks along with the custom boat dock make this property perfect for large groups or small groups wanting to really get the most out of the lake access or simply to enjoy the emerald green water view for hours.
