-A gourmet kitchen featuring two ovens with a warming drawer, a gas cooktop, and countertops made of granite and quartz. There’s also a working pantry stocked and most of the appliances you’ll need to whip up your favorite dishes. Plus, a nano window opens to the deck, and there are five bar stools at the island, along with a 10-person dining table.
-Upper covered Deck: Imagine an outdoor fireplace, TV, and a bar that can comfortably seat five people. It opens up to a nano window, giving you a view of the kitchen, dining table, patio furniture, and gas grill, which can seat over thirty people!
-The driveway can fit six cars, plus there’s extra parking right by the road.
- Enjoy the Main King Suite on the upper level, where you’ll have a direct path to the Upper Level Deck.
- Enjoy two King Suites on the lower level, where you’ll have direct access to the deck
- King Suite on the lower level.
- A cozy Bunk Room Suite on the lower level, featuring 2 Queen beds and 2 XL Twin Beds.
- The office is located on the main floor, direct access to the Community Bath, and it comes with a cozy full-sized pull-out sofa.
- The house has a control 4 system that lets you play music all over the place, including on the decks!
-The lower-level Game Room has a 5-person bar, two mini-fridges for drinks, an ice maker, and a sink. Plus, there’s a big TV with lots of room to sit, three arcade-style games, and a PlayStation.
- The lower covered deck features a TV, two gas fire pits, and extra seating.
- A cozy wood-burning fire pit by the lake, with wood provided for you!
-Boat Dock: Enjoy two boat slips and a top deck with four lounge chairs and a patio table with an umbrella. If you’d rather stay dry, we have four lounge chairs on the concrete patio for you!
