Located in a quiet area close to the marina of Perros-Guirec, this new villa with a capacity of 11 people is the ideal place to spend a good holiday on the Pink Granite Coast. You will enjoy a magnificent sea view of the whole house (kitchen, living room, bedroom ...).

The villa of 182 m2 offers beautiful volumes with a living room through and very bright 63 m2: a dining room, a living room, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen.
An entrance with cupboard, a laundry room with washing machine, separate toilet with washbasin and a master suite with dressing room and en suite bathroom (walk-in shower) complete the ground floor.
Upstairs you will have 3 double bedrooms with wardrobes, a mezzanine with sofa bed, a bathroom and separate toilet.

The house has two terraces located on the sea side and garden side as well as a veranda and a large garden of 1500 m2 not overlooked.
From the mezzanine you have an exceptional view of the port of Perros-Guirec and the island Tomé.

Garage for 2 cars and a large parking in the garden.

Une belle maison moderne, lumineuse, très agréable à vivre et super bien équipée, avec une vue magnifique sur le port de Perros. Enfants, adultes, tout le monde y trouve sa place. Des propriétaires très accueillants et très bienveillants. Beaucoup de belles plages et de sites attractifs pour les enfants, des paysages splendides, des ballades et de beaux lieux culturels pour les plus grands, tout cela dans un rayon de 10 à 25 mn en voiture.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Bretagne

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Bretagne in dem wunderschönen Haus von Bernhard und Brigitte. Der Empfang durch Bernhard und seinen Sohn war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und extrem gut organisiert. Es mangelt wirklich an nichts. Der Hafen und die umliegenden Geschäfte sowie eine gute Bäckerei sind in fünf Minuten fußläufig und ein großer Supermarkt in 5 Autominuten erreichbar. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe. Perfekt für die rosa Granitküste

Recht nah am Hafen von Perros-Guirec gelegen, bietet dieses geräumige und komplett eingerichtete Haus, alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub oder aber auch längerem Aufenthalt in dieser Region benötigt. Man kann den Yachthafen und die Insel Tome sehen. Die Lage ist ruhig, die recht steile Zufahrstraße ist kaum befahren und endet am Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt für die Erkundung der Gegend, Backer und Supermärkte sind innerhalb weniger Autominuten zu erreichen. Wir haben jede Minute genossen. Die Gastegeber sind sehr bemüht, alles zu erklären, Tipps für die Gegend zu geben und den Gästen, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und ein größeres Essen inkl. BBQ ist überhaupt kein Problem. Terrassen gibt es vor und hinter dem Haus und im Obergeschoss hat man von einem Sofa einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Wir können dieses auch sehr kinderfreundliche Anwesen und die Gastgeber nur empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir haben mit Familie und Freunden einen traumhaften Urlaub an der Côte de Granit Rose in Perros verbracht und das Haus von Bernard und Brigitte ist einfach sensationell. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung das Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an im Urlaub gefühlt. Den tollen Blick auf die Bucht werden wir sehr vermissen. Bernard und Brigitte sind sehr liebe Gastgeber, die uns sogar mit einem Gastgeschenk willkommen geheißen haben. Vielen herzlichen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Vue époustouflante

Nous avons découvert une vaste maison moderne, très propre, très bien entretenue et parfaitement bien équipée et très confortable. La vue à 180 degrés est vraiment magnifique. Il y a aussi un jardin très tranquille. L’accueil de Mr Le Guen a été très agréable. Toutes les conditions sont réunis pour des vacances inoubliables. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Exceptionnel !

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans cette magnifique villa. D’une construction récente, elle est moderne, très fonctionnelle et d’une propreté impeccable. Les deux niveaux sont baignés de lumière et décorés avec soin. La vue est imprenable sur le port de plaisance de Perros-Guirec et les journées passent au rythme des marées. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort et les équipements qui nous ont permis de nous détendre pleinement pendant nos deux semaines de vacances. Ma fille et moi sommes repartis comblés. Un grand merci à Bernard pour son chaleureux accueil !

Hochwertiges Haus mit bestem Geschmack eingerichtet. Top sauber, nagelneu wirkend in Bestlage über dem Hafen. Es fehlt an nichts. 2 Apperitiv-Räume mit Blick auf den Hafen von Perros-G. setzen dem herrlichen Haus das Krönchen auf. Das ist wirklich Urlaub! Die überdurchschnittlich netten Besitzer empfingen uns als Gäste selbst mit Cidre, Süssigkeiten und Kaffee, erklärten alles genau und gaben Tipps zum Ort. Das exklusive, riesige Haus ist seinen Preis absolut wert. Nur zu empfehlen! Danke an Brigitte und Bernard!!!

Ein perfekter Familienurlaub

Die rosa Granitküste ist echt einen Besuch wert und wir haben mit dem Ferienhaus und den Vermietern einen absoluten Volltreffer gelandet. Die Vermieter haben das Herz am rechten Fleck und sind zudem auch noch zu vorkommende nette Menschen. Das Ferienhaus hat eine ruhige Lage und eine wundervolle Aussicht auf das Meer, ist aber nur wenige Gehminuten von einigen Geschäften entfernt (Bäckerei, Fischmarkt, Restaurants, ...). Es ist vollumfänglich ausgestattet und uns fehlte nichts. Auch einen LIDL, eine Tankstelle und weitere Geschäfte sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von sauberen und malerischen Stränden in der Umgebung, die wir mit den Kindern unkompliziert besuchen konnten. Wir würden uns freuen wieder dort Urlaub machen zu dürfen. Absolute Empfehlung! Danke für den tollen Urlaub.

Traumhaus an toller Lage

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Hausbesitzer haben uns überaus liebenswürdig und herzlich begrüsst. Als Willkommensgruss war eine Flasche Cidre und feine Süssigkeiten bereit gestellt. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz. Die Räume sind grosszügig bemessen. Aus vielen Zimmer sieht man direkt auf den Hafen von Perros Guirez. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Arbeiten dort macht besonders Spass, da man auch dort direkten Blick auf das Meer hat. Die Benutzung des Weber Gasgrills wurde uns sehr gut erklärt und wir haben diesen auch ausgiebig benutzt. Von den Besitzern erhielten wir viele Vorschläge für Ausflüge, Märkte, Restaurants usw. Und das sogar auf Deutsch! Die beiden Wochen werden wir in bester Erinnerung behalten. Wir wünschen Brigitte und Bernard alles Gute für die Zukunft.
