Villa Ty Reder Mor:

In Louannec, at the end of a dead end, in a very quiet area overlooking the sea, this villa has direct access to a sandy beach and pebble GR34 and the Côte de Granit Rose.
Unobstructed view of the island of birds and the island Tomé in the Bay of Perros-Guirec.

As soon as you walk into the property the view wows you. Aside from the view (which is stunning) the property is light, spacious, peaceful and well equipped. There is lots of outdoor space and opportunities to enjoy the view. Being the last property on the lane adds to the quiet and peacefulness. There is another property behind but the main neighbours were the horses in the field next door. The GR34 footpath is easy to access through the gate at the bottom of the garden - great to be able to get straight on to it. We had a lovely meal at L'Arbricotier Creperie (about a 15 minute walk) and the Boulangerie - Patisserie in Louannec was great for sandwiches and cake.

Super nette Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet auch einiges an Spielsachen für Kinder. Die Aussicht war super und es war einfach gemütlich in dem Haus. Der Weg vom Haus zum Strand ist für ganz kleine Kinder etwas steil und schwierig, aber mit dem Auto sind auch viele Strände in der Nähe schnell zu erreichen. Kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in dem schönen Haus mit dem tollen Ausblick aufs Meer, dem Spiel der Gezeiten und Wolken verbracht. Immer wieder neue Eindrücke durch diese verblüffende Aussicht. Das Haus ist sauber und mit allem sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlt einfach nichts. Die Gastgeber, Corinne und Jean-Michel sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit in allen Belangen und immer gut aufgelegt. Wir können das alles nur weiterempfehlen und sind froh, so eine erlebnisreiche Zeit dort verbracht zu haben. Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber.

Les points positifs :très agréable, vue superbe, maison spacieuse, environnement calme, grand jardin avec belle terrasse.Les points négatifs : il est demandé 90 euros pour laisser le soin aux propriétaires de le faire !C'est très cher payé !!Les toiles d'araignées sur derrière les appliques, les prises de la chambre du bas avec de l'humidité et de la poussière collée dessus, et pour couronner le tout, une odeur très désagréable et tenasse dans les salles d'eau, et la poubelle du précédent locataire oublié d'être vidée, avec des petits compagnons dedans !!

Nous sommes très attachés au bien être de nos locataires et nous œuvrons chaque semaine pour rendre leur séjour le plus agréable possible. Nous sommes désolés que notre gîte ne correspond pas à vos niveaux d’exigences extrêmement élevés. L’odeur dont vous nous avez fait part est apparue lors de votre arrivée et a disparu depuis votre départ. En ce qui concerne la poubelle qui était au sous sol. Nous avons récemment remplacé la poubelle de la cuisine et entreposé l’ancienne au sous sol. Il s’avère que les vacanciers précédents, ont déposé des déchets dans cette poubelle du sous sol et que nous avons omis de vérifier celle ci. Dès que vous nous avez fait part de ce point, nous sommes passés récupérer cette poubelle. Afin d’éviter ce type de désagrément, nous avons supprimé cette poubelle qui n’est pas nécessaire. Le ménage de fin de séjour au tarif 90€ pour une maison de 120 m2 n’est absolument pas anormalement élevé. Dans les points positifs, vous avez omis de préciser que la literie est très propre et très confortable que la maison est très bien équipée avec des équipements en très bon état.

Excellent séjour:: accueil très chaleureux, vue magnifique, maison tout confort et très propre (un seul petit bémol: insonorisation plancher premier étage médiocre) dans un environnement très calme et verdoyant, avec la mer en contrebas.Dès que l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons sans hésiter et avec grand plaisir.

Sehr gepflegtes, bestens ausgestattetes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht!! Das Haus ist viel schöner, als auf den Fotos. Es liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, direkt am Küstenwanderweg und hat einen eigenen Strandzugang. Es herrscht wirklich himmlische Ruhe. Die Vermieter, Corinne und Jean Michel, sind unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit. Deren Freundin Nadia kam extra zum dolmetschen. Bäcker, Metzger und kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fussläufig erreichbar. Der Ort Louannec ist sehr gepflegt und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Es war eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche, vielen Dank!!!

Schönes Haus mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht

Das Haus ist optimal gelegen in erster Reihe zur Bucht mit Zugang ans Meer über eigenem Garten. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfbereit.

Leben am Meer

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit fantastischem Rundumblick aufs Meer. Man kann sich hier nur wohlfühlen, in der Veranda sitzt man wie im Freien, nur ohne Wind und Regen. Es gibt in der Umgebung unglaublich viel zu sehen und zu erleben. Die Küste abwechslungsreich, sie macht süchtig, man will immer wissen, wie sieht es hinter der nächsten Ecke aus. Der Strand Greve blanche, gleich hinter Tregastel, ist unglaublich schön. Wochenmärkte in nächster Nähe fast an jedem Wochentag. Den besten Fisch gibt es Dienstags in Paimpol, der optisch schönste Markt, ist für uns Samstags in Morlaix.
