Very clean home located just a block over from the Main Street in West Columbia. Close to good restaurants and trails along the river. Check-in was as easy as possible.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and hope to host you again soon.
The inside of the home was clean and comfortable. It was an extremely quick walk to get to bars and restaurants. There was a walking trail along the river within ~ 3 short blocks. I don't recommend that trail for biking. This is a neighborhood in the midst of a revival, so there is inconsistency in the maintenance levels from one home to the next. There was road construction during my stay, so I wasn't able to enjoy the porches, but they were attractive. The heated seat / bidet toilet was a great surprise. Brian was a great host.
We had such a good experience at this property and with Brian. We needed a place to gather for the holidays because our family has been in a hotel the last 6 months while their home is being repaired from flooding. Having a comfy homey space to spend time with everyone during the holidays was a true gift. We happened to be visiting during the unusual cold snap and the pipes froze overnight on Christmas Eve. When we reached out, Brian was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of with hot running water within a few hours. It may sound dramatic but it really was a Christmas miracles and my whole family was so grateful! Great property run by great owners!

Thank you so much for your kind review! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and hope to host you again soon.
We totally enjoyed our stay. Your home is in a great location and the history of the area is so interesting. Everything was just as described and communication with the owner was so easy. We hope to come back sooner than later.
Our visit to this property worked out very well for our family and our puppies. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the Columbia area. The beds were very comfortable and the cottage was very clean. The house was stocked with anything a guest might need.
There were pests and they had to cancel our reservation the night before. Glad they communicated with us as soon as they could but a bit of a panic for us as we scrambled to find another place to stay.
Brian was so gracious to work with, great communication and taking the time to check in on us after we arrived. We were pleased with the personalized welcome sign and thoughtful gesture. The location is great for experiencing local fare (walking distance), the house is clean, and Brian will make sure his rental meets your expectations! I would stay here again.
This house is two blocks from bars and restaurants. A short drive to downtown Columbia, the zoo, and museums. Location is definitely the main thing this property has going for it. Very comfy beds.
We rented the house to visit our daughter at University of South Carolina. I wanted access to kitchen to cook for my daughter and her roommates, and to prepare for tailgating for the game. House was newly remodeled, very comfortable, and nicely decorated. House came with bedding and towels, so one less thing to pack.
Location close to stadium, campus and downtown. Walking distance to brewery and restaurants.
Loved the house, it was the perfect size for me and my two college aged kids. I came to town to visit them and we all had a great time in the house. It had everything we needed and was just about the coziest place we have ever stayed. We were able to walk to many restaurants. The bidet in the upstairs bathroom was quite the hit. As my kids have never seen one much less use one it was quite the event when it did get used. I have been told it was a "life changing experience". The house was very close to the USC campus and any store you could possibly need was within a few mins drive. I would highly recommend this house and will definitely be back.
We moved our children into the University of South Carolina and wanted to stay in a house instead of a hotel during this time. This property was perfect location and met all our needs! The beds are very comfortable and we love the reclining chairs in the family room. Brian was a fantastic host And answered any of our questions in a timely manner.
We had a very enjoyable 5 day visit to Columbia. The house was comfortable, good AC and ceiling fans, excellent recliner chairs and couch, very comfortable beds. The host was accessible, quick to answer texts when we had a question. There are 2 supermarkets 5 minutes away, very helpful as we ate most of our meals in the house. We would stay here again, if available, on another visit to Columbia.
We stayed at this lovely house for our daughter's graduation from the University of South Carolina. The place is so clean and nice and in a wonderful location. My husband and I took a nice run on the River Walk. The house is a block away from Casey which is an adorable town with a few cool shops and a great brewery. You will not be disappointed.
Property was very clean. Super comfortable living room furniture and beds. Within walking distance to several great restaurants. Owner was very responsive to any questions.
Great hosts- very straight forward check in with little communication needed. Clean, cozy, and lovely place that is in an excellent location for walking to shops/park/river walk/etc! My crew and I especially enjoyed the outdoor porch- great for shared meals!
Amazing!!!!!!!!! This Place is More Comfortable Than Home!!!
Bathrooms are amazing...bidet seat in master bath is worth the price of admission!!!
House is SOOOO cute.
The deck out back is massive....you could pitch 5 tents out there.
As you enter the house, a shiplap accent is incredibly inviting.
There are a few things things that are WIP...but very minimal....
Granite dining table, leather couches, party lights on the huge deck....we can't wait to visit again.
The inside is decorated for luxury comfort and well spaced. The location is ideal for all events in Columbia, I rented it for family to stay close by me. They can't stop talking about its convenient location and comfort. The deck is going to be a reason to comeback! You can walk to the Gervais street amphitheater and enjoy all the summer activities and concerts. It was clean and easy off street parking. Very easy uber ride to anywhere downtown, for social or school events at USC. My family will definitely be returning!
