Very disappointed

unit is overpriced, carpet matted, dirty and needs to be replaced. Unit required some cleaning before one felt comfortable. Only one of the televisions worked upon arrival. took two weeks to get it straighten out, which we had to do ourselves as the owner quit returning our calls and text messages. Would not rent from this individual again.

Gary: Note that I stay at my condo all the time. The new carpet was installed in July 2020 and is not in need of replacement. Prior to you arriving the unit was professionally cleaned as well. Lastly, the VRBO rates are posted along side other units rates and we always are checking to be competitively priced. We both know as well that you were provided two cable provided TV's while the other two TV's were smart TV's. Sorry that you did not enjoy your stay.

Great Stay!

Enjoyed staying at the condo. Good and quiet location. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, good kitchen cookware supplies and spaces to relax.
