Located in a beautiful gated community in the Desert Foothills area. The Primary bedroom includes King bed, walk-in closet, master bath and TV . Bedroom 2 has a King bed. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed with a Queen futon trundle and Room #4 (aka Den) has a full over full bunk bed with full trundle with a Snuggler recliner and TV. The second bathroom is between Bedrooms 2 and 3. The beautiful Family room has a 55 inch TV with Smart TV. Use your logins to watch all your favorite shows. Dining room table for 8 with 2 extra stools in master closet to make it for 10. Sound system throughout the entire house. WIFI is through Optim. Information and password will be available upon arrival. There is plenty of room for parking on the driveway. The two car garage is also available for your use. Will fit 1 large or two small cars. The RV height garage is not available for parking at this time. Central Heating and Air conditioning. The Casinos, lake and river are close by along with Sam's club for Ice and other needs. Snowbirds: Contact us for discounts on stays longer than 1 month!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and even prettier than in the pictures. It was very comfortable for our family of seven and in close proximity to the lake. This was our first visit to Bullhead City and we are looking forward to doing it again:)

We always stay here on our trips to Lake Mohave. The property is secure in a gated community. The home is clean and spacious. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the host is great. This place has everything. We can’t say enough about it.

Favorite Place to Stay in Bullhead

This is my 2nd time staying here and we love it. The hospitality and close proximity to the water made our stay amazing. We love the amount of space for our family. This place is super comfy after a long day on the lake. We enjoyed every minute and can’t wait to come back.

Great family house

This home has everything

We always enjoy staying here when we visit Bullhead. This home has everything for a comfortable vacation. It is clean and there is plenty of space. The location is in a gated and safe neighborhood. This is our first choice whenever we come out to visit Lake Mohave.

Winter getaway

Great house with lots of room to relax and enjoy our two plus months in Arizona. The location is perfect for access to the desert and mountains, Laughlin, Fort Mohave, and beyond. The hosts responded promptly to the few minor concerns we had.

Best Place in Bullhead

We love staying here. The host has always been prompt and professional. She is amazing! We appreciate the cleanliness and size of the home. It is in a safe neighborhood, close to Lake Mohave and has everything we need for our family trips. We will continue to stay here on our trips to Bullhead.

Good Times

This was the second consecutive vacation here with the family. We all enjoyed the home. Very nice area and a short distance to the lake and to Laughlin which makes it very convenient. We are looking forward to next year.

Beautiful Family home

Booking went smoothly. Owners all available during our stay. House has plenty of space and very comfortable. The spare refrigerator in the garage is perfect for Bullhead with all of the water we need during the summer months. Will definitely stay again!

Home away from Home

I stopped counting how many times I stayed here. We stay here once each year. This place is comfortable and accommodating for everyone. Clean and Spacious Place to Stay

We stopped counting how many times we stayed here. We visit Bullhead City several times during the Summer and always try to book here. The home is spacious, clean, safe and minutes from the lake. It has everything you need for trips with family or friends to relax, cook, socialize or just come and go. The host is great! We often plan our trips around this home being available because we enjoy it so much.

After house boating, staying at the casinos, and renting from others we decide it was time to get our own place. We can't stay here year round so we have decide to share it with others so you can enjoy our beautiful home while we are away working.
