Great place, perfect location

Property is just as the pics show. Really nice space, good location. Walkable to downtown. Close to a grocery store. Pool is a nice touch. Location felt safe plus the property is well locked up. Only con - pillows are a bit hard, I brought my own which helped. I would absolutely go back.

Excellent Accommodations and location

High end finishes with granite tops and granite/marble floors throughout entire building. Sandra was attentive and has a beautiful home which my family enjoyed in comfort and safety. Location is ideal being close to grocery stores, downtown plaza and restaurants. We have been to Cozumel a many times and ranks highest on our places to stay. Ideal for a small family to enjoy days of scuba diving knowing you have a comfortable home to retreat to!

This was a great place - would have been better if there hadn’t been remodeling going on next door but you can’t blame the host for that! Sandy was a wonderful, helpful host❣️ Walking distance to stores, restaurants etc.

The property was fine. Sandra was good to deal with. But construction next door put a damper in our stay with all the jack hammering going on.

Lots of room. Extremely clean and comfortable.Host was very attentive and responds quickly to emails. Host checked in to make sure we were having a great stay. Would recommend this location to friends and family. Our 7 year old loved playing the game jenga that was available. So nice having a laundry facilities! Water filter was great and once again this place was super clean and nice!

Very spacious! Pictures do not do this property justice in terms of the roominess. Large kitchen with plenty of room to prepare meals. Large dining area with plenty of room to move around. Comfortable living area to relax on the couch. AC units in each room as well as ceiling fans (even in the Kitchen!). Very comfortable beds and very spacious bathrooms and big showers!. Nice courtyard with large wall that made the property feel very secured. The front is all glass which adds to the open feel of the property. Extremely clean. 5 minute walk to large grocery store. The street out front has very little traffic with great restaurants within walking distance. This will be first place I look for availability the next time I come back to Cozumel!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the design, the space, the cleanliness, the methods for saving resources and energy installed, as well as the excellent location. Sandra & Philippe originally bought the property to build a family house. Downstairs "Peace" was designed for Sandra's Parents, and "Serenity" for themselves. However, following personal events, they decided to put it up on Vrbo (HomeAway).

What makes this property unique

They just loved the neighborhood and its quietness, the fact that it was so close to basically everything.
