Everything is near by and within walking distance to our Soskil ground floor unit at Mundaca Villas. We have a wonderful coffee shop onsite . Chedraui Supermarket is only one block away, the ocean / beach is 2 blocks away and the main Municipal Square is only 2 blocks away where many annual events, celebrations, races and sporting events occur. Unwind and relax at the beautiful, peaceful 3 tier pool and covered bar b que area after a day of diving, snorkeling or just touring the beautiful island of Cozumel. You'll find that the home has everything you need for a enjoyable stay to include a fully stocked kitchen, washer / dryer, 1 flat screen TV, 5 seat dining table, large couch, recliner, memory foam mattresses, large walk in glass shower and so much more. The unit has four ceiling fans and three mini split air conditioner units with remote controls. Dimmer light switches have been installed throughout the villa. This has been a very popular destination for repeat guests year after year. The home been completely remodeled, updated and newly furnished with new appliances. The Mundaca Villas is in a very quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking. We offer fiber optic, high speed internet 300Mgps +. You will find plenty of storage in the unit with built in closets, shelving and raised beds that provide suitcase storage underneath them. The villa has new solar panels, led lighting, dimmer switches, etc. to reduce electrical usage. We provide roll up black out shades, numerous windows with screens and security cameras around the property. Little things count and we provide soaps, shampoo, lighted make up mirror, charging cords, bedside tables, drying racks, common area restroom, digital door lock and a digital safe for your convenience. This location is very popular for those attending and participating in sporting events such as the Ironman which occur 2 blocks away. We offer secure onsite storage for bikes, scuba gear etc.

This location is perfect for those looking for convience to the heart of Cozumel. Shopping, restaurants and the ocean are just steps away. The hosts are very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the island and scuba/snorkling. Highly recommended for a couple looking for a bit more room or a small family with the 2 bedrooms.
Everything was just as described. Location was convenient to grocery store and downtown. Parking available in the street and we never had an issue finding parking. Would book again.

The host was so nice. Answered all my questions before I arrived. When me and my family arrived they were still very helpful. Great little place to stay and get away. The pool was so clean and refreshing after hot days.
We looked at many rentals online in Cozumel before committing to this one. It has all the amenities we needed; kitchen, laundry, and a pool! There were many places we could walk to in the neighborhood, and we felt safe and welcomed. Dave and Lisa were attentive and made our stay easy and enjoyable. The condo was stocked with everything a family would need, and was very clean.
Our stay at the Agave condo was excellent. Great location for getting to beaches, scuba locations, or restaurants. Taxi stand was just a block away along with a grocery store so everything you need is easily walkable. The condo was exactly as described an perfect for our family of 4.
The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions - both before and during the trip.

Amazing place and location. Everything is in walking distance. I recommend you take a Tuk Tuk for 40 pesos, from the grocery store, to downtown. The landlords are very easy and helpful to work with. If you need anything, they heplyou find it.
This was an excellent find! We wanted to stay in Cozumel for an additional night and found this gem! The unit is so cozy with the real home feel. The furnishings were great, not many places with a real recliner! The hosts were wonderful and extremely helpful with my questions
This property had no reviews and I thought "is it really all the host is saying it is?" Yes. Very nice upgraded place with on-site hosts and one block from a good grocery store. Cozumel is very safe and this is an even safer area with good taxi access, etc. Thank you for a great week!

Le logement était parfait, il y a tout le nécessaire. L’épicerie est à deux coins de rue. Nous y étions pour le Ironman et l’emplacement n’aurait pas peu être mieux pour cette journée. À proximité du ferry (2km) et des boutiques. Nous recommandons ++

My wife Lisa and I live in Cozumel year round. We are avid Scuba Divers and Cozumel is a divers paradise. I'm also an underwater photographer and we display my photographs in our rental properties. We really enjoy meeting guests from all over the world and sharing our wonderful island with them.
Why they chose this property
We love this neighborhood and chose to live here because it is very convenient for shopping, grocery stores, movie theater, restaurants, parks and the main road along the coastline (Melgar). We have a wonderful quiet neighborhood with several coffee shops, friendly neighbors and is great for walking and riding bikes.
What makes this property unique
We feel the Agave is unique because this is a rare location in Cozumel due to it's convenience and walkability. Additionally, we just recently had Fiber Optic internet brought to our Villa and the 250 - 300 Mgps download speed is not available in the surrounding neighborhoods at this time. Guests and residents of Mundaca Villas all love the beautiful, peaceful pool and private barbeque areas. It is great having such a wonderful coffee shop on site as well which is very convenient for guests. We also have a lobby area in which we can assist with early check in's, luggage storage etc. which is not always common with many vacation rentals.
