With immediate access to the pedestrian streets of the town center, all amenities are within walking distance and the nautical center is less than 50 meters away.
You can get your seafood from the fishponds on foot, the bakery is at the foot of the house and all the shops are nearby. Many restaurants, from the crêperie to the gourmet restaurant, with or without sea view are located a stone's throw away.
