During winter months if air temps drop below 50, any type/brand of pool heater will struggle to sustain 85. With weather being something we cannot control, we do not gaurantee pool temperatures. It is important to note we make every possible effort to keep pool to temp including running systems overnight at our own expense. we very seldom have issues maintaining the 85 but there could be an occurrence.
*Finn Golf Carts offers on premise cart rentals delivered to home. Enjoy cruising around the neighborhood, to nearby restaurants, park, or beach access in a choice of 6 seat or 4 seat golf carts. message for additional information.

Family of 6 who loves a good beach, historic sites, fresh local restaurants, and charming houses. We have traveled up and down the East and West coast and fell in love with St Augustine! It checked all our boxes. It reminds us of a Nicholas Spark film location or a Hallmark Movie. It truly is our slice of heaven on earth.
Why they chose this property
The screened in pool, open floor plan, and single level makes this home ideal for all ages. It's also a short walk across the street to the beach, one block from park, tennis court, basketball court, pickle ball court, 3 blocks to gas station, 10 minute walk to grocery store, and a 5 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.
