Modern apt with private garden facing south-west, in La Cala de Mijas
Modern apartment on ground floor with its own garden facing south-west with very good location in La Cala. Very child friendly area; from the garden you can go directly to the cozy pool area with no stairs (also separate children's pool!) Just next to La Noria 9 hole golf course and the market place (nice market Wednesdays and Saturdays). You can walk easily (no hills) to the center of La Cala with shops, restaurants, bars and the amazingly nice beach in just minutes. It is so close that you can go home and get refreshments from the beach! On summer evenings there is a lot of activity on the boardwalk for the entire family.
20 min drive to Málaga Airport, 5 minutes to Fuengirola and 20 minutes to Marbella. You can also easily take the bus to either Fuengirola or Marbella.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms; one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with shower / bath, a lounge with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for 2, kitchen with separate utility room and exit to a small patio with morning sun. Exit to the southwest with dining table and chairs from the master bedroom and parlor. Off the bedroom is a small sitting area for quiet moments. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and central AC. Free parking on the street outside.
Lots of great golf courses nearby. Next door is a 9-hole "midsize" golf course! Please ask for tips about golf! Now there is also a newly brilliant boardwalk where you can stroll along the beach towards Marbella, a very pleasant walk or morning jog!

This apartment we bought mainly because of the fantastic location; walking distance to everything in La Cala; the great beach and all the bars and restaurants.
We love the garden facing south-west and the lovely urbanization.
That it is a modern apartment with all the facilities you need, including under-floor-heating in the bathrooms, is a great plus!

What makes this property unique
Just outside the door is the lovely 9-hole-golf course La Noria and beside it is the closest restaurant "Mr Wok". The whole area is very flat, there are no hills!
