Great for large groups

Really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space and beds for 15 people. Lots of fridge space, great pool area. It was 95 all weekend but the outdoor area did not feel overly hot. Paula was very responsive to any communication. Would stay here again.

Great Bachelor Party House

Overall great house for a bachelor party. There is a lot of space for everyone to spread out, pool and ping pong table were awesome to have, the pool was a perfect temperature. Host was very responsive. Only downside was that the lake in that area is dried up, so you can’t swim in the lake.

As crazy as it sounds, the cove now has 20 ft of water in it due to the recent rains in the last 2 weeks. Lake Travis is back!!!

About the host

Hosted by Paula Shriver

Host profile image
I love working with people! For the past 25 years I have owned and operated multifamily and single-family housing. My goal is to provide a safe comfortable home for relaxing and enjoyment! I love hosting and creating a fun atmosphere for all guests.

Why they chose this property

This house is the perfect getaway for all ages. Several cribs are on site as well.

However, we have neighbors that we do not want to disturb with excess noise late at night.
You can enjoy lots of birds, deer, squirrels, and sometimes even a fox may visit.

Pool Canyon Cove is one of few deep water coves on Lake Travis. The whole cove is a no wake zone (boats idle through). Main body of Lake Travis is a minute away. This cove is the perfect spot for kayaking or paddleboarding. Feel free to bring your own.

The home is 30 minutes from downtown Austin, with shopping and restaurants 10 to 20 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

Invite the entire family but don't worry about being crowded in one home. There are
4 king beds, 1 queen beds, 3 double beds, and 1 twin bed. This house has plenty of areas for your own peace and enjoyment. Sit on one of the outside decks and stare at the lake or wander down to the lake.
