We had an awesome time and loved every second at camp sandy. I rented the property for my brothers bachelor party for 20 people. The property had everything and more. It made it difficult to leave and do other things around Austin! Whether it was hanging in the pool and hot tub, playing a massive game of volleyball or all watching the Jets win around the living room tv. David was an amazing host and even gave a tour of the property to ensure everything worked and we knew how to use it all. He was super responsive during the stay. If i come back to austin with a large group, i will definitely stay at Camp Sandy again.

David is the quintissential professional host. You can tell he cares deeply about the property and is genuinely excited for guests to be making memories. Very simple check-in/check-out procedures, he's available any time, and he's easy going. The property is incredible and David adds a personalized touch that really makes you feel like he's glad you're there.

We had an amazing time. The host was one of the best we’ve ever had. He was super friendly, easy to communicate with, and always happy to help. He gave us some great local recommendations, was really accommodating throughout the weekend, and even stopped by with fresh cookies, which was such a nice surprise.The property was exactly what we were hoping for. You can tell the owner has put a lot of thought into taking care of the place and making sure guests have everything they need. The volleyball and pickleball courts were a blast and having lake access made it so we barely wanted to leave. I’m looking forward to bringing my family back for future visits

Wonderful spacious stay!

My friends, sisters and I stayed here for a bachelorette party and had the best time! The place is so spacious, has endless fun activities, a great outdoor space to enjoy, and much more. We will definitely be back to enjoy!

Beautifully “active” property has it all! Our group spent hours outside enjoying everything from the pool to the hammocks to the pickleball & volleyball courts! Our host David went above and beyond with communication, suggestions for our trip, and addressing a few minor issues. Always prompt and responsive. The only thing that should be mentioned is the house is slowly becoming not in the lake as the lake waters have dropped substantially. But the property isn’t self is as-advertised. Wed definitely come back!
