This tastefully furnished home is charming and inviting and is located in the newest section of Sun City Shadow Hills gated adult community.
The home features a spacious great room and open floor plan. It comes with ceiling fans in the great room and both bedrooms. There is a designated workspace in the great room perfect for computer work.
It has a bright fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A good-sized dining area with sliding glass doors to the backyard.
The nicely decorated master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with granite counter, a walk-in shower and double sinks, and a large walk-in closet in the bedroom. The guest room is peaceful and perfect for your guests with a full bath located next to it. The guest bath has granite counter and a shower/tub combination.
The home has a laundry room complete with washer and dryer.
The backyard is private with no neighbors behind it. There is a covered patio with extended patio beyond the covered area and there is an outdoor fan on the patio and pull down sunscreens. Backyard has a grapefruit and lemon tree for you to enjoy fresh citrus during the winter season.
The home is located within walking distance to Sun City Shadow Hills’ Shadow’s Restaurant offering gorgeous views of the golf course and great food.
Sun City Shadow Hills Community is a beautifully landscaped resort-style 55+ active living community in the Coachella Valley. It features an 18-hole championship course and a par-3 course and both offer picturesque beauty. Complete with a library, bistro, business center, outdoor pools (one indoor/two outdoor), bocce ball, pickleball, basketball and tennis courts. Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Collapse patio umbrella. -Leave air conditioner set at 90*. -Close the blinds. -Leave the guest card, if used, leave keys on the key rack. -Leave garage remote on kitchen island.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
HOA rules and requirements must be adhered to, no exceptions. Minimum age for primary renter is 55.
