This house is the bomb. It is like being at your own personal Ritz Hotel. The best view you could ever hope to have. It is like holding God's hand every evening. Sitting on the 18th. green of the Big Rock Country Club, your getaway home has everything you could want for a vacation home. Number 1, being on the 18th. green kitty corner from the Big Rock Saloon is a hoot in itself. Watching the Golfers putting their final hole is loads of fun itself. Your vacation rental comes with your personal salt water pool & Spa. Swim jets are in the pool for a great workout. Backyard has great outdoor bar b que. Backyard also has firepits, fire bowls, tree lights. misters, shade etc.. Best view you facing mountains you could hope to have. Unbelievable sound system inside and outside. Huge kitchen, dining area and Great Room with 75" T.V. for awesome entertaining. 5 bedrooms each loaded with cable T.V. and overhead fans. Master bedroom has view of the mountains, personal spa inside master restroom, large closet and much more. Each room is awesome. this place does not disappoint.

Indio trip

Great pool! Wonderful temp., love the outside view and watching golfers finish. Great viewing to watch March Madness basketball. I would come here again.

Home in Indian Springs Golf Community

Great view, pool, and spa! Fun to watch the golfers come in on the 18th green. Host was great - easy to reach and helpful. Location is good proximity to dining in La Quinta and Palm Desert.

Amazing!!!

This home is amazing if you’re looking for safe environment, entertainment, and a beautiful place to relax this is the place for you. David was a awesome host very courteous, and helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a family vacation or a golf outing. My family will be returning soon.

A Slice of Paradise: Unforgettable Views and Ultimate Comfort 🌟

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable property—it exceeded all our expectations! The beautiful views of the golf course, lake with fountain, and the distant mountains were breathtaking. The property boasts an expansive greenspace, making you feel like your backyard stretches for miles. We spent our mornings sipping coffee watching the sun rise. Sunsets were spectacular. We were thrilled to watch the golfers take on the13th, 15th, 16th, and 18th holes. It added an exciting dimension to our stay. The fun environment here is contagious. Whether it’s a round of golf, dip in the pool, or a relaxing soak in the spa, there’s always something to do. And speaking of the pool and spa, we were impressed by how well-maintained they were. Unfortunately, during our stay, the heater decided to take a vacation of its own. But fear not! The owner was incredibly responsive—within a day, a brand-new heater was installed, and we were back to enjoying warm, rejuvenating dips. The house is thoughtfully set up with everything needed for a long-term stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are cozy, and the living area features an excellent sound system for movie nights or listening to your favorite tunes. We felt right at home. In summary, this property is a hidden gem—a place where tranquility meets excitement, and where every need is anticipated. We’re already planning our return trip for next year! Thank you to the owner for creating such a memorable experience!

Incredible view!

We've rented various properties in the La Quinta for 10 years and this one is among the absolute best. It has a lovely pool, amazing view and is equipped with every possible thing you would need in the kitchen or pretty much anywhere else in the house or the patio area. We aren't big TV people but if you are, this property is for you - TVs in every room and on the patio (along with misters). David was a gracious and extraordinarily accommodating host who was readily accessible. He clearly wants you to have what you need and to have a great time. The pictures accurately represent what you will get. The view is amazing and it was fun watching the golfers on the 18th green. If you happen to see the beer cart go by, you can flag her down to get a beer or whatever. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

A house with great potential but not ready for vacation rental.

I rented this house for my family and was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, broken and dirty kitchen appliances(dishwasher and ovens), dirty kitchen items, sliding doors with broken locks, pool heater not properly working even after repaired, not all TVs worked, toilet leaked and so on…The owner was attentive to are concerns and had the pool somewhat repaired and toilet fixed. Offered to let us leave early but that was impractical for 7 people during Christmas to find other lodging. Just did not plan to spend vacation time cleaning and waiting for repairmen. The owner did compensate us financially but the amount was insulting. The house has great potential with a lovely view it really does need some repairs. I have been a frequent VRBO renter and this time I was embarrassed I invited my family to join us.

Amazing home!

Dave is such a gracious host! This home is so roomy and has more than enough. It was so clean and had everything we needed and more for a group of 7, with 3 kids. You have to stay here if you're in the area, it does not disappoint.

Amazing stay in Indian Springs!

David was a wonderful host. The property was exactly as described. It was a fantastic place to hang out.. loved all of the TVs (7 total!), entertainment system with music inside and out by the pool. We spent many afternoons in the pool, watching TV, listening to music and enjoying the misters! even though it was hot in Indio, we were very comfortable with the giant umbrellas, pool/spa with two waterfalls, and misters.. Definitely will come back next time we are planning a trip to the desert... Thank you David for sharing your casa with us!

Great views and amenities

We are currently at Dave’s place “La Casa De Roca Grande” or House of the Big Rock. This place is better than advertised and Dave is a great host. Upon arriving David took us on a tour and guided us thru all of the features the house has to offer. Every room is top notch and in great shape. The master bedroom has an awesome view of the mountains. The rest of the home is roomy and fun. The entire living room, kitchen, dining room and patio have spectaculars views of the golf course and mountains. The saltwater pool & spa is wonderful. We spent lots of time swimming in the pool and watching golfers finish up on the 18th green. The outside sound system, fire pits & grill are a fun addition. The Big Rock Restaurant is open for patio seating and is only a 70 yard walk away. We really enjoyed our stay!
