Adorable newly renovated bungalow.
This adorable bungalow is less than 1 mile (walking distance) from Daikin Park, Shell Stadium, George R Brown Convention Center, Discovery Green and city center. Just a train ride (5 minute walk to train platform) to NRG football stadium, Midtown, Theater District, Museum District, and University of Houston. Beautiful park across the street. Great neighborhood. Walk to many local pubs, restaurants, and various other types of entertainment. Children under 12 are allowed on a case by case basis, as our bungalow is not set up for children.

This is such a great neighborhood with great neighbors and so much to do. A car is not needed as we are a hop, skip, and jump from the train station.
