My Go-To Houston Rental

This place is exactly as described, and the property manager is fantastic - quick to reply to any questions and professional! I've stayed here a few times with my dog, and each time has been a nice experience. The location is great, and the parking is a huge plus. Definitely would recommend!

Lovely stay at the Park JJ. Everything was as described. Comfortable bed and all the basic essentials for a great stay. The location is ideal and the off street parking a real bonus.

Great location and very cute!

We know and love this neighborhood, so it was great to go to local restaurants and walk around. The only negative was the noise from the room above ours. Because the floors are concrete, you can hear every little noise. It didn’t last too long. I would stay there again.

Fantastic property in a great location!

It was like I walked directly into the photos depicted on the property listing! Everything is as described, and it was a perfect stay for my dog and I. The check-in process was super easy, the room was clean, the property manager was responsive, I felt safe here, the location is fantastic, and I never had an issue with parking. Clean, modern, gated, safe, great style, in the heart of the arts and museum district. Dark Columbia coffee and 4 cup coffee maker are great. Towels and linens great. Plumbing, water pressure, hot water all great. Comply Queen bed with 4 pillows of varying firmness great. Art works are very tasteful. Loved it. I’ll be back.

Exactly what I needed.

I needed an escape from my home when the power was out from the hurricane. This place took in me, my baby and my cat and we loved it. It’s cute and clean and it’s in a great neighborhood right in the middle of montrose. Property manager is super helpful. We didn’t want to leave. Would stay here again.

Perfect Location

The studio was just what I needed for me and my two small dogs. I don't need an apartment, just a room and basic kitchen stuff. I love the location. I could walk to cafés and it is a lovely neighbourhood for walking my dogs. It is close to all the places I wanted to visit. The host was very gracious to let me check in early because I had an appointment in town. I hope to stay there again!!

A no frills bnb

The room was very basic. It had a bit of a musty smell. I Couldn't tell if the floor or the shower was clean as it was concrete. The bed was very soft.

Hip neighborhood

Great area for hip shops, restaurants, coffee. Parking on site. Pics of property exactly as shown. Bed was comfortable. Be aware there is No water pressure in shower, a light rain dribble. There was also a strong odor in the room. At first we thought it was a 'natural' cleaning product and it would dissipate but it never did. We became noseblind to it overnight, but it was just as strong when we d come back from an all day outing the next days. For price and area, it worked for us.
