Wake up sea view, in the heart of Porsguen, 3 bedrooms, fireplace, enclosed garden
Holiday house ideally located 50m from the sandy beaches and the small fishing port of Porsguen in Plouescat, a seaside resort on the north coast of Finistère. We welcome you to our fully renovated and very well equipped house, which will seduce you with its location and its layout, all in a fully enclosed garden.
A few steps from the house is the nautical center of Plouescat, with sailing school, where you can enjoy a wide range of activities: sailing courses for all ages from 4 years old, sea kayak rentals , windsurfing, catamaran, optimist, paddle, aquagym sessions at sea, swimming lessons, etc ... in complete safety, the water is monitored. For lovers of sand yachting, a great spot is less than a 15-minute walk from the house on Kernic Bay. You can also enjoy many other activities such as fishing at low tide (shrimp, cockles ...), long walks on the local beaches like Porsmeur or Menfig, hiking on foot or by bike (we are located on the GR 34 "Sentier des Douaniers"), the discovery of Océanopolis in Brest, the pleasure of exploring the surroundings and its magnificent landscapes: the dunes of Keremma (classified natural site) and the Bay of Kernic in Plouescat, Carantec and its castle Bull, the famous Château de Kerjean (16th century), Roscoff and the island of Batz, etc ... as well as the Plouescat casino, 3 km from the house. We will leave you with many suggestions that you can consult at home.
Back from the walk, you will find a comfortable space, welcoming, warm, very bright thanks to the large picture windows, with a countryside and contemporary decoration. You will enjoy a double exposure EAST / WEST, very pleasant in summer with its long sunny evenings. In winter, you will enjoy the evenings by the fire.
The entrance is through a cellar of 15m², allowing to leave shoes and clothes, particularly useful in case of rain. It also contains a second fridge / freezer and an extra sink. Former rehabilitated garage, you can also store your bikes or any other such things.
On the ground floor, a large space of around 45m² with:
* Fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, large fridge / freezer, coffee maker, filter coffee + Nespresso, electric kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, raclette / pierrade / pancake party, bar with 2 high chairs (+ 2 other rows in the cellar), + all the usual kitchen equipment (including groceries)
* Dining room: oval table 6/8 people with 4 basic chairs (possibility 8 and +)
* Living room: large light gray corner sofa easily foldable into a 160x200 bed, coffee table, TV stand, large 55-inch Thomson TV (140 cm) ultra high definition (4K / Smart TV / Internet / 3 HDMI ports / 2 USB ports) / WIFI and Bluetooth connection), DVD / Blu-Ray player with many films and cartoons for children, Nintendo Wii console with 2 controllers and Super Mario Bros + Wii Sports games available if you want to have fun, modern wood stove with 1st free outbreak
* Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, sink, storage, drying rack, ironing board, iron, Dyson type cordless vacuum cleaner

* Bedroom 1: a 160x200 bed, lots of storage, large picture window opening onto a balcony and very beautiful sea view
* Bedroom 2: 90x200 bunk beds with storage, sea view from the velux window
* Bedroom 3: trundle bed that can accommodate one person in 80x200 or two people in 160x200, storage
* Bathroom: double vanity unit, bathtub, hairdryer, WC, electric towel dryer
Outside, two terraces and enclosed garden:
* Terrace 1: more than 20m², WEST exposure, sea side
* Terrace 2: 16m², EAST exposure, garden side
* Garden furniture containing a table, 6 chairs and a parasol
* WEBER charcoal barbecue with equipment provided (tongs, skewers, recipe book, etc.)

All on a plot of 375m² with gate and large parking available in front of the house, but outside the property.

It happens a few times in the summer that they take place in the port of Porsguen next to the house, or in another place 200m away, you can then fully enjoy them. Without forgetting the famous horse race taking place every year in August over 2 days, in the Bay of Kernic, at low tide (the dates change according to the tide times).
