Beachfront villa, spectacular sea view, electric charging station

Modern villa with sea view, facing from all the rooms the superb sandy beach of Plouescat.

The villa is designed to accommodate 6 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (one 160x200 bed for the first bedroom, two 90x190 beds for the second bedroom), Separated toilets and bathroom.

Upstairs, the master bedroom (160x200 bed) faces the beach and provides a private bathroom with a shower and a 2-places bathtube facing the sea, ideal to relax.

The kitchen with a central island, is open to the living room and the living room, which offer a panoramic view of Porsmeur beach and Porsguen harbor.

Close to the living room, a first large terrace with sun loungers allows you to rest while enjoying the splendid 180 ° view. At the rearside, a second terrace with garden furniture, opens onto an enclosed private garden.

The villa is newly furnished for your comfort. The kitchen has a dishwasher, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and all the dishes and utensils required. In the living room, the large flat screen has a satellite reception.

Other equipment: Wifi, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, duvets and pillows, bed linen provided (beds made before your arrival),

A private garage is there to securely park your vehicle. It is equipped with a 3,7kw electric charging station. We leave 4 bikes, a baby seat available, one kayak and a stand-up-paddle.

From the villa, you can take the coastal path that runs along the coast, enjoy the supervised beach (the SNSM station is 100m away), take a lesson at the nautical center (5mins on foot) ...
Plouescat is one of the most beautiful Breton sites for kite-surfing, sand yachting, kayaking, catamaran ...

At low tide, the Bay of Kernic hosts horse races in August.

The city center of Plouescat is located 4km away, accessible by cycle path. Among the shops, you will find a cinema, a Casino, bakeries, a butcher, 2 supermarkets, a florist ...

A swimming school also offers courses in the sea and in the pool, as well as aquagym at sea.

A market takes place 5 minutes walk every Sunday morning and Saturday in the village of Plouescat.

A perfect villa at a perfect location

If you are looking for a quiet seaside place for your holiday, this villa is for you! The villa is just like you see in the pictures and very functional. The view is unbelievable. The beach is very clean and not too crowded. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitevely come back!

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, perfekt für eine vierköpfige Familie. Besonders toll ist der Ausblick auf das Meer und die direkte Lage am Strand. Leider war das Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts sehr schlecht, so dass wir den Strand nicht so nutzen konnten wie wir es gern getan hätten.

Situation exceptionnelle sur la mer pour se ressourcer

Villa très lumineuse et très bien équipée donnant directement sur la plage : nous avons pu profiter du soleil matinal venant du jardin et du puit de lumière, et du soleil couchant le soir. Pièce de vie vraiment très confortable avec une très jolie vue sur la mer. Guide d'accueil plein de conseils très utiles et documents de l'office de tourisme à disposition dans la maison permettant de faire plein de belles balades aux alentours. Totalement conforme à l'annonce. Merci à Ludovic pour cette semaine de détente en famille début novembre

Emplacement et location de haute qualité

Outre une situation idéale en bord de plage avec une vue dégagée sur l'océan, la maison est très bien conçue et très lumineuse. Les équipements sont de haute qualité. La région est autant propice au farniente qu'a la pratique de sports nautiques. Les nombreux restaurants variés à proximité permettent à tout le monde de s'y retrouver. Bref nous avons à nouveau fortement apprécié ce séjour qui était, pour notre part, le second dans la propriété de M. Ludovic Cadiou (et probablement pas le dernier....)

Sehr schönes neues, modern eingerichtetes und architektonisch durchdachtes Haus. Direkt am Strand. Die Terrasse liegt 3m über der Strandpromenade und hat einen tollen Blick auf Strand und Meer. Genau wie in den Bildern gezeigt.

Une magnifique maison face à la mer avec une vue exceptionnelle, idéalement située. La région est magnifique. Dans le Léon, les sites à visiter sont tous plus beaux les uns que les autres.
