Kihei Beach 508 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 5th-floor oceanfront condo that is well appointed and beautifully decorated in Hawaiian theme. Unit 508 can accommodate up to 4 guests. An elevator is available for easy access. The kitchen is remodeled and features custom cabinets and granite countertops. In the living room, you will find counter seating, a dining area for four, and a sofa sleeper, perfect for additional guests. Enjoy a flat-screen TV equipped with cable and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. Stay cool with central A/C, ceiling fans, and ocean breezes on windy days.

In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable king-size bed and plenty of closet space. Sleep well with central A/C! The updated bathroom features a walk-in shower. Direct oceanfront with views of Ma'alaea Bay, with Molokini, Lanai, and Kahoolawe in the distance. Sugar Beach, just steps in front of the condo, offers miles of sandy beach, and is perfect for long sunset walks or swimming with our many sea turtles that call this beach home! During our winter months, enjoy front-row seats from your private lanai as whales breach in direct view.

Kihei Beach is a low-density oceanfront resort located at Sugar Beach in central Maui. The resort's central location is perfect for exploring all corners of our beautiful island. Kihei Beach Resort features an oceanfront pool, gas BBQ area, and laundry facility, conveniently located on the same floor as this condo. There are no resort or parking fees.

Perfect location

The beach was absolutely amazing and the property had everything we needed and more. My perfect stays employees were all so friendly and made sure we were happy with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again next time we vacation to Miami.

This unit is in a good location, right in front of beach. It quips about everything you need for a short stay. Only thing need to improve is the laundry room operating time could be longer.

Beautiful, central, and clean

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. It included beach supplies which was great! While we were there(late May) the beach out front was maybe not the best the island has for swimming but getting to all the good ones in Kihei, Wailea, or even over to Lahaina is very quick. We hope to come back soon!!

Amazing!

This property is perfect for a week or more here on Maui! Awesome location right on the beach. Directly across the street is a farmers market, ABC store and shaved ice! This a perfect home base as you get out and explore Maui. Come home in the eve and enjoy the ocean waves! Will book again!!

Fantastic location

The location was perfect for almost anything you wanted to do. We enjoyed that the beach was just a few steps away and so was the pool, we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the balcony every morning and cocktails in the evening. Unit was as described clean and with everything you wanted. I would bring some seasoning and spices along with you, otherwise the place was great. We had a wonderful stay here with no issues at all.

Location!

This place is all about the location - on the beach, amazing view, walkable beach, away from the crowds, ABC Store across the street, as well as Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani’s Shave Ice. The condo could use some updating, but that’s what’s keeping the price down. The other units are more expensive.

After visiting several sites that had vacation rentals, I found My Perfect Stays to be the best. They have a large selection of units at so many different properties. If you find a place on a different site I recomend going to My Perfect Stays site to see if they have the same property. The reservation process was very simple and the communication was perfect. I would use them again for my next Maui trip

Yes, a perfect stay.

It was certainly a perfect stay--fine condo. very well furnished kitchen. Great floor plan. Overlooking beach. Away from the croud. Couple of house-keeping items. Small run in carpet near lanai. Screen door sticky. Ceiling fan missing pull-chain; couldn't change speed or turn off. We'll definitely check availablity next time on Maui.

Loved staying right by the ocean!

This was our first trip to Maui, and I wanted to be AT the ocean, not just have an ocean "view." This condo is perfect for that...the ocean is literally just outside! We have an expansive view up and down the coast, and have lovely sunsets. The condo is at the north end of Kihei, so it's quiet, and we have quick access to the highway to get to other towns. The beach is great for walking and not crowded, and the farmer's market across the street has some great goodies. The bed is comfortable, the linens are high-quality...all-in-all it's a great place to stay.

Everything was a 'Perfect Stay'

Perfect location to all points of the island. Parking was easy. Store is across the street Location is quiet, beautiful view, beautiful sunsets. Condo had everything we could need. Even had a cooler for trips out. Everything works well. Was clean on our arrival and they left us a welcome package (try the Hawaiian hulapeno chips that was in there. Wish we could buy them here in Arizona) We had a wonderful vacation and I would definitely recommend this condo and certainly stay there again if available

Wonderful Spot!

This was our first visit to Maui and we can't wait to come back. We loved this location because it was quiet, pretty central, and the bay was calm. We went paddle boarding and snorkeling right outside our door every morning. The condo itself was surprisingly spacious. Any issues were handled quickly (the TV wasn't working right away and some old ladies got crabby with us about paddle board storage but, like I said, the staff was so great and solved the problems right away). It's a great location to be with kids because of the calm water. All of the other beaches we visited had much bigger wave action and would be difficult with small children. We hope to return with our kids someday!
