La maison est aussi bien pensée qu'équipée ! La cour est très agréable, sans vis-à-vis et à l'ombre grâce au grand mûrier. La conciergerie en charge du logement a été très efficace. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci !

Aidons agréable et bien agencée. Le seul bémol, de taille , est qu’il manque une avancée de toit

Il manque une avancée de toit ou un store banne au dessus de la terrasse car les 2 parasols existants ne font plus leur job et sont limite dangereux quand il y a un peu de vent

Nous avons passé de trés bonnes vacances à Oléron. La maison est idéalement située : prés de la plage et à 30 minutes maximum des principaux sites touristiques de l'île.

Schönes gemütliches Haus auf süßer Insel

Wir als Familie hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Von außen wirkt das Haus von Straßenseite her eher unscheinbar, aber von innen ist es eine sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung inkl ruhiger geräumiger Terrasse, alles vor kurzem renoviert. Die Ausstattung der gesamten Wohnung (Küche, Bäder, Terrasse, etc) ist top. Die Vermieter und Vermietungsagentur waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles lief problemlos in der gesamten Abwicklung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Strand war in der Nähe und fußläufig zu erreichen.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables à 6 personnes dans la maison. Tout était propre et fonctionnel à l'arrivée. La cuisine est bien équipée. Petit bemol : La petite chambre qui donne sur le salon n'est pas terrible, elle n'a pas de fenêtre, juste un velux, c'est un peu oppressant. D'autre part on y entend tous les bruits de cuisine / salon (télévision).

Séjour parfait !

Maison très lumineuse avec de beaux volumes. Mobilier et équipements très récents et en parfait état. Jardin/terrasse très bien exposés avec ombre et soleil. Belle situation près des plages et des pistes cyclables. Rien à reprocher, que du bonheur !

La maison est très bien agencée, bien équipée et bien pensée pour des vacances agréables. La mer est accessible.en 5 min à vélo. En prime merci pour les livres et jeux pour les enfants! Une location à recommander !
