A 10-minute drive from the beach and 3 minutes from the cycle paths.<br>This spacious and welcoming house can comfortably accommodate 6 to 7 people, in a warm and friendly setting for your getaways with family or friends. <br><br>It consists of two parts: a main house of 108 m2 with a large living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. <br>A small outbuilding of 20m² with a bedroom and its shower room, 1 toilet. Wifi is available throughout the house.<br><br>From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted by the rustic elegance of this home, whose traditional charm is enhanced by a touch of modernity. The house<br>opens to an expansive living room with plenty of natural light, where you can relax in comfort after a day of exploring. <br><br>The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, to be enjoyed with the family around the dining table.<br><br>The Clos des Agapanthes is also distinguished by its magnificent garden, a real jewel of greenery where tranquility and serenity reign. With its profusion of colourful flowers, the garden offers an enchanting setting for moments of relaxation in the open air. Whether it is to enjoy a sunny breakfast, bask in the sun with a good book, or organise a convivial barbecue in the evening, this garden will be the place of all your outdoor pleasures.
