I thank the guests for their detailed review which I think looks quite good. I’d like to stress, after to be written in our announcement, that the gravel road about 2 km leading to the village is not suitable for cars too low or drivers with a strong attitude to urban driving. Asphalt almost always means noise and pollution. This stretch of country road has instead a very positive aspect as the lack of traffic and great tranquility. Most of our guests detect this point as the main and primary one and usually those who choose a country house takes account of these advantages. Wish the bakery a few steps it means perhaps that the choice of an apartment in the village or in a place more crowded inhabited would be preferred. The village of Casole d'Elsa is 5 km from Casale Refoli property that is located in the countryside and spend a little time to enjoy the animation in the village can be very pleasant. Even the silence of the most silent countryside is populated by so many noises that we can notice even if they occur far away from us. Given that we are talking about an agricultural area where closest neighbors are at least 2 km away, in 10 years of hospitality business is the first time a guest points out the difficulty of neighborhood dogs. The area is also a big hunting reserve; it is possible that in recent days there have been also nocturnal movements of hunters with their dogs. I hope that E. and M. will come back to stay in Casale Refoli when and if they wants to. They’re ideal host for their kindness, cleanliness and politeness. Particularly the road is repaired - even if it is not our property - every year for the tourist season and in the future we will try to do even better.
