Sunflower 2 has two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Ground floor. The first bedroom has a double bed or two singles. The second bedroom has a French bed. fully furnished, it consists of a sitting room with sofa, dining table, table and chair, and a complete kitchenette. Thanks to its position it is cool throughout the summer. 55 sq m inside and 40 sq m outside with reserved table and umbrella in the private garden. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. Near the swimmingpool area garden.

Une douce parenthèse Toscane

Emplacement idéal pour visiter des lieux historiques et médiévaux : Pise, Florence, Sienne, Volterra.. Accueil et contact Chaleureux, vous trouverez des hôtes disponibles et serviables. La maison offre deux lit doubles et connexion wifi. Deux feux gaz pour cuisiner et un frigo congélateur. Largement suffisant pour se débrouiller. Machine à laver en libre accès. Draps et serviettes fournis. Très Belle piscine pour profiter du beau temps sur des transats réservés. Merci aux ôtes pour ce séjour !! Je recommande !!

Rustique mais usuel

Au cœur de la campagne toscane , la location est rustique mais la piscine et les alentours font oublier la rusticité de l’appartement.

Perfekte Lage und liebe Gastgeber

Super Lage und sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns dort prima erholt und haben viel besichtigen können. Blick auf San Gimignano von der Fahrstraße aus. Herrlich. Großer Pool.

Location en pleine nature

La location est simple et typique de la region de la toscane. Elle permet un moment de détente autour d'une grande piscine partagée et de se ressourcer dans le calme. Peaceful and beautiful rural setting

The property is small and basic amidst a number of other rental properties and with a shared pool. The owners live nearby and are frequently around. Rosella was very helpful with any queries about our stay. Guests are expected to sign a form for rules of pool use- no splashing, diving, wash sun cream off before you enter the water etc, which felt a little controlling. The property is in a good location and we visited the nearby town of Poggibonsi for groceries and a restaurant, but Florence and Siena were accessible by car 45 mins/35 mins drive. Perhaps the highlight for us was a visit to a nearby vineyard (Campochiaranti) where we tasted wine and olive oil and bought some wine. Overall a good experience, peaceful and relaxing with access to stimulating activities.

séjour du18.04 au 30.04.2015 Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Macinella,agrémenté par un accueil chaleureux et sincère d'un couple attentif et rempli de qualités humaines et artistiques.Il est difficile d'expliquer ce que chacun a ou est capable de réaliser,le mieux est encore de s'y rendre pour apprécier à son goût. La location d'équipement vacances est magnifique pour son cadre calme et enchanteur, bien située pour visiter la Toscane.Accès facile pour rejoindre Poggibonsi faire les courses ou pour le départ des bus et train. Nous conservons un excellent souvenir des autres villes ou villages visités et ne pouvons que recommander cette location. Les familles COLON et BORDIER

Macinella_Sunflower 2

Wir verbrachten knapp 10 Tage in dem Apt. "Sunflower 2" und genossen die Ruhe, den Ausblick und die freundliche Atmosphäre der Anlage. Das Apartment ist gemütlich, sauber und hat alles, was es in einer Ferienwohnung an Basis-Ausstattung braucht. Die Anlage selbst liegt traumhaft schön zwischen San Giminano und Poggibonso, einem kleinen Städtchen, das einen schönen Kontrast zu den sonstigen Touristenorten bildet. Zum nächsten Supermarkt/Bäckerei sind es gerade mal 10 - 15 Min, allerdings braucht man zwingend ein Auto (oder als Radler eine sehr gute Kondition) In 30 Minuten ist man in Siena, nach Florenz sind es ca 45 Min, die zentrale Lage ist klassse und ein großes Plus! Für Kinder gibt es einen Kickplatz/grosse Wiese sowie eine Tischtennisplatte! Der Pool war im April noch nicht in Betrieb, sieht aber ebenfalls schick aus, Alles in allem, ist die Anlage unbedingt zu empfehlen - Gloria, die Betreiberin, ist sehr offen und hilfsbereit Sie spricht gut englisch und sehr gut französisch.
