About this property
charming waterfront cottage near a coconut beach, great view
Coco Beach, charming bungalow.
Located on the Indian Ocean, on a plot of 1. 200m2 opening on 30 m of beach in the middle of a huge quiet beach lined with coconut trees ..
Due west, sunny all day .......
We are Ankibanivato 20 minutes from the seaside resort of Ambataloaka and all its restaurants, 30 minutes from the small capital of Helville with its large market and plenty of shops.
A main bungalow completely covered in hard wood, thatched roof, flooring and rosewood furniture. It includes a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with hot shower, veranda lounge-dining room, kitchen, safe, DVD player ...
A second very simple bungalow in the country with materials room double bed and single bed, bathroom with shower.
In a shady garden of 1. 200 m, electricity, generator.
Guardian and good provision
