The house of 200m2 consists of a very large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms: the first equipped with a double bed and a single bed has its own bathroom with toilet and shower. The second is also equipped with a double bed and a single bed. The third is equipped with a double bed. They are adjacent to the second bathroom with shower and toilet. A third toilet is available from the living room. The three bedrooms are air conditioned. The terrace of 50 m2 dominates a deck around the pool. Closed parking completes the property.
