Lopez Island Vacation Rental Getaway

Private low-bank waterfront hideaway on Lopez Island just 4/10ths of a mile from the ferry. Three story vaulted ceiling Cabin with sleeping quarters for up to 13 people. Master bedroom has sweeping view of water, a private bath, and charming log furniture. Main floor bedroom has 2 lovely queen beds and basement bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed (double below and twin above). Basement has a hide a bed, ping pong table, big screen TV and fireplace. Living room has fireplace and big screen TV. Every level has its own bathroom. Private hot tub also available on lower level. Dining table seats 8. The Cabin has three bedrooms, three baths, three big decks, 2 TV’s, 2 fireplaces and a huge basement. The Cabin also has satellite TV and free Wi-Fi available.
We also have a smaller cozy low-bank waterfront Cottage available, which we offer as an add on for large groups (8-15). The Cottage has a full bed, full futon, kitchen and a bathroom. If interested in adding the Cottage, please let us know.


BOOKING PROCEDURE:
If you'd like to book, we ask for a 50% deposit to hold your reservation, with the remaining balance due 10 days prior to arrival. Once the deposit has been made, we will send you a complete rental package, including your contract, confirmation letter, a list of places to see/things to do, and a list of important phone numbers. We are available to answer any questions throughout the booking process.


CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to your arrival date are 100% refundable. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before your arrival date are 50% refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date are non-refundable.


RESERVATION NOTES:
High Season (July - Labor Day): 7 night minimum in July and August (Sunday to Sunday)
Holiday Rentals: 4 night minimum stay required
Low and Mid Season: 2 night minimum stay required
Additional people (over 8 total) add $30/night per person for ALL seasons

Family 50 year celebration

Perfect for our group of 13. Beautiful setting. Check in was easy once we got to the house. We could have used specific directions from the ferry. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots and pans. We cooked most of our meals there.

Vacation on Lopez Island

The house we stayed in was perfect for our family! The grandchildren ranging in age (4-15) all lived the lower level game room-especially the ping pong table! We also enjoyed sitting around the bonfire at night. We all had a fabulous time at the house and exploring Lopez Island.

Amazing stay on Lopez Island! Beautiful getaway for the family. The island doesn’t have much but it has an amazing coffee shop, bakery and The Galley provided a wonderful lunch! I’ve stayed in cabins before where the neighbors were less than friendly but rest assured everyone on the island was super friendly! The neighborhood was spread out enough so that you didn’t have to worry about bothering the neighbors. The cabin provided everything to cook a nice dinner. WiFi was stable and there were a TON of great movies available. My family loved the game room. We spent one night just playing ping pong and battleship. The neighborhood was quiet and BEAUTIFUL! The views were to die for. We’d love to come visit again. Thank you!

Intergenerational getaway

With bedrooms on 3 levels, this cabin is great for kids, their parents and their grandparents. The ping pong table, games and TV in the basement offer a hangout for everyone.

Friends weekend away

The cabin is in a great location and is well equipped. The deck was our favorite part with a fire pit and fantastic view. It is well stocked and the hosts were though full on how they out everything together.

Orcas!

Very peaceful with a great view of a bay, a head on the other side, and on to a peek-a-boo view of the top of Mt. Baker. The kitchen is very well equipped for any size group. You need to bring your own firewood for the inside fireplaces. And twice we saw a solo orca in the bay in front of the house.

Great family getaway!

Such a scenic, peaceful place. The kitchen was fully stocked, we enjoyed the deck with the beautiful views, hot tubbing while watching the friendly wildlife, bonfires at night and playing in the tide pools. There was plenty of room for everyone! Loved it!

Plenty of room to relax with two separate common spaces and plenty of beds. Two pull out couch beds not shown in the pictures were a nice bonus. Well equipped kitchen, great communication. Definitely will consider visiting again.
