A cool and bright detached villa in the heart of San Vito Lo Capo, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the town centre. Ideal for groups of friends and families. The villa can accommodate up to 7 people. It comprises two floors. On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms (one of which has a cot measuring 131L x 71l x 103H cm) and a bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and bidet. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet and bidet; a well-equipped separate kitchen; a spacious living room with satellite TV, sofas and an indoor dining area with a table and chairs. Outside, there is a garden for exclusive use, equipped with a relaxation area, sofas, armchairs and sun loungers; a barbecue; and two large outdoor showers with hot water. Finally, the villa has two spacious verandas, one of which is covered by a canopy with sails, all equipped with tables and chairs for al fresco breakfasts, dinners and lunches. Free high-speed Wi-Fi.

All prices include utility costs (running water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels for each person). Please note: you will find clean bed linen and towels, freshly packed by the laundry service, on the beds.
The villa is situated in a very peaceful and quiet residential area, ideal for families with children, yet just a few minutes’ walk from the sea and the town centre. You can get about easily on foot; nearby you’ll find various shops such as supermarkets, patisseries, cafés, a delicatessen, a bakery, restaurants, pizzerias and a chemist’s.

Opposite the house is a small square where you can park for free, subject to availability. About 300 metres away, you’ll find a very large municipal car park that’s free 24 hours a day, and 150 metres away there’s another secure pay-and-display car park open 24 hours a day.

Reihenhaus in ruhiger Lage

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gartendusche ist super. Küchenausrüstung eher spärlich (keine Abtrock-Tücher etc.), aber das Wichtigste ist vorhanden. Perfekt, dass immer einer der drei Sitzplätze im Schatten / in der Sonne sind. Einziger Minuspunkt: viele Moskitos.

Isabelle grazie per la recensione volevo solo.lrecisare he per quanto riguarda la nancanza degli strofinacci in cucina bastava chiedere... e per le zanzare purtroppo mi dispiace ma l eventuale disagio è stato dovuto alle temperature anomale cj sono state in questo periodo e che in ogni caso riguarda dappertutto grazie e spero di rivedervi con grande piacere .

Vacanze da sogno

Ospitalità accurata in un ambiente funzionale e confortevole ben attrezzato adatto a famiglie e a gruppi di amici. La casa dista poco dalla spiaggia ed è dotata di tutti i confort. Abbiamo trascorso veramente una bella vacanza.

Beautiful home in a great location. 10 minute walk from the beach and from the center of San Vito. The outdoor area has two showers with hot water which are a great plus. The owner is great!

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Unterkunft und Gastgeber absolut empfehlenswert. Eine Waschmaschine würde es perfekt machen, da man sonst zwischendurch je nach Dauer die Handtücher per Hand waschen muss. Sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft ist am Ortsrand ruhig gelegen. Jedoch fußläufig zum Strand und zum Ortskern. Beschreibung komplett erfüllt. ———————————————— Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica. Alloggio e padroni di casa assolutamente raccomandabili. Una lavatrice lo renderebbe perfetto, altrimenti devi lavare gli asciugamani a mano a seconda della durata. Molto pulito e in buone condizioni. Padroni di casa molto gentili e disponibili. L'alloggio è situato in posizione tranquilla in periferia. Tuttavia, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro del paese. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Villa bifamiliare molto curata ed inserita in contesto tranquillo e scenografico.

Accoglienti e disponibili i proprietari, nella migliore tradizione siciliana. Villa bifamiliare ben curata, lontana dalle vie di traffico, con un bel giardino, un grande tavolo da 8 per cenare all'aperto. A 10 Minuti a piedi dal mare e dal centro, ci si dimentica l'auto e ci si immerge nella vacanza fatta di ottimo cibo e spiagge invitanti. Tre camere da letto piccoline ma accoglienti, climatizzate mediante unico split nel corridoio (che permette comunque una ottima climatizzazione degli ambienti), due divani letto in soggiorno ampio. Molto utili le due docce esterne per portare dentro casa meno sabbia possibile. Possibilità di grigliata esterna con camino. Verde molto curato, bouganville fiorite e palme trentennali. Parcheggio esterno in area pubblica fronte casa, la zona è molto tranquilla. Siamo stati in 8 (quattro adulti e quattro ragazzi), gli spazi sono abbondanti ma è ovvio che le famiglie devono avere una buona complicità. Migliorie perché diventi un posto super: Installare una seconda doccia in casa, mettere lavatrice e lavastoviglie. In ogni caso consiglio vivamente la struttura: siamo stati 10 giorni e ci tornerei domattina. Due consigli infine sulla zona: passate più giorni possibili nelle calette dello Zingaro e cogliete l'occasione per vedere San Vito dalla cima del Monte Monaco, 500 mt di dislivello a piedi che in poco più di un ora vengono ripagati da una vista mozzafiato. Perché la Sicilia è sempre un connubio tra acqua e montagna, ognuna valorizzata dall'altra.

bella vacanza!

Bella vacanza! la casa era a due passi dalla spiaggia di San Vito Lo Capo e la posizione era ottima per chi come noi ha girato anche altri posti li vicino...casa bella e comoda con ampio giardino con docce esterne molto utili, veranda con tavolo dove organizzare ottime cene! L'unica cosa è che il letto della camera al piano superiore non era una piazza e 1/2 ma più piccolo, per fortuna che avevamo due bambini ed hanno potuto dormire lì! Per il resto tutto bene, proprietari gentili!

San Vito lo capo ??? Una vacanza da fare!!!

La località merita sicuramente un punteggio di eccellenza sia rispetto all'ospitalità,che al cibo, che al mare fantastico. La riserva dello Zingaro è una gita da non perdere così come la ex tonnara di Scopello, fantastica la pescheria vicino al faro.Da San Vito si giunge agevolmente anche a Favignana , altra metà da non perdere. La casa è dotata di tutte le comodità, le docce esterne sono comodissime, il giardino curatissimo offre angoli di relax ,la signora Maria è una padrona di casa premurosa e disponibile .Non ci resta che augurarvi buone vacanze

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit fantastischen Garten!

Wir, 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kleinkinder, haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Küche wunderbar ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage erwies sich bei Temperaturen um die 38 Grad als absolut sinnvoll- Am schönsten ist aber der großzügige schöne Garten mit seinen 3 Terrassen in welchem sich bei jeder Zeit des Tages ein angenehmes schattiges Plätzchen findet. Sehr angenehm empfanden wir die zwei warmwasser Außenduschen und dass das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist- bei kleinen Kindern unabdingbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruihg , trotzdem kann man den Strand und alle lokale gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Maria und Giuseppe fuhren uns ein vergessenes Handtuch und Ladekabel in unseren zweiten Urlaubsort castellamare del golfo hinterher und brachten dabei sogar hausgemachte Granita und Kaffe mit- unglaublich lieb! Wir können das Haus in jedem fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Bellissima esperienza e Sicilia spettacolare

Non do 5 stelle perchè spero sempre in qualcosa di meglio,però virtualmente lo sono.Spiaggia di San Vito,lo Zingaro,le calette di Macari compresa Baia Santa Margherita,Castellammare del Golfo,il Bue Marino,Scopello e i suoi Faraglioni,e poi Favignana ma soprattutto Levanzo.Mare dai colori e dalle sfumature ogni volta diverse.Posti che rimangono impressi nella mente,che definire spettacolari equivale quasi a sminuirli. E poi la casa,che rispecchia esattamente la descrizione,comodissima è dir poco, E noi eravamo in 7.Giardini e verante che quasi ti invogliano a non uscire,ma e'E in ultimo,ma non per importanza,ma

Great holiday

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. It has a wonderful garden with outdoor showers. Very nice location, both close to the sea and the village center. But most of all our hosts Mary and Giuseppe were more than friendly, they were so nice to us, we consider them now as our friends. We highly recommend this villa.

Villetta super-consigliata!

Piacevolissimo soggiorno a San Vito, grazie alla sistemazione in questa bellissima casa e all'ottima ospitalità dei proprietari. La casa è molto grande e spaziosa, ben tenuta. In particolare l'esterno, giardino curato e ben attrezzato, grande gazebo e ampi spazi per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Docce esterne utilissime. Sistemazione veramente comoda e a pochi passi dalla splendida spiaggia di San Vito, zona tranquilla e graziosa. Cordialità e accoglienza nonchè premura dei proprietari al top!

Consiglio questo immobile a tutti coloro che amano il relax e la tranquillità. Casa bellissima pulitissima e corrispondente all'annuncio. Il giardino di cui è dotata, ampio e ventilato, ci ha permesso di riposarci anche nelle ore più calde del giorno. Proprietari gentili e disponibilissimi.
