A cool and bright detached villa in the heart of San Vito Lo Capo, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the town centre. Ideal for groups of friends and families. The villa can accommodate up to 7 people. It comprises two floors. On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms (one of which has a cot measuring 131L x 71l x 103H cm) and a bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and bidet. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet and bidet; a well-equipped separate kitchen; a spacious living room with satellite TV, sofas and an indoor dining area with a table and chairs. Outside, there is a garden for exclusive use, equipped with a relaxation area, sofas, armchairs and sun loungers; a barbecue; and two large outdoor showers with hot water. Finally, the villa has two spacious verandas, one of which is covered by a canopy with sails, all equipped with tables and chairs for al fresco breakfasts, dinners and lunches. Free high-speed Wi-Fi.

All prices include utility costs (running water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels for each person). Please note: you will find clean bed linen and towels, freshly packed by the laundry service, on the beds.
The villa is situated in a very peaceful and quiet residential area, ideal for families with children, yet just a few minutes’ walk from the sea and the town centre. You can get about easily on foot; nearby you’ll find various shops such as supermarkets, patisseries, cafés, a delicatessen, a bakery, restaurants, pizzerias and a chemist’s.

PARKING
Opposite the house is a small square where you can park for free, subject to availability. About 300 metres away, you’ll find a very large municipal car park that’s free 24 hours a day, and 150 metres away there’s another secure pay-and-display car park open 24 hours a day.
